dc.description.abstractEste documento desarrolla todo lo relacionado con la masificación del gas domiciliario en los municipios de Barbosa, Bolívar, Chipata y Sucre ubicados al sur del Departamento de Santander, como son estructura organizacional, permisos, licencias y autorizaciones, fundamentos y antecedentes de la Masificación del Gas, alternativas de suministro de gas combustible y demás aspectos técnico-ambientales legales y económicos. Aplicando los anteriores conceptos al trabajo de diseño de las redes y la construcción y puesta en operación de las mismas, a través de la empresa Gases del Sur de Santander (GASUR S.A. EPS ) con sede en Barbosa que empieza a incursionar en este tipo de proyectos. Se muestran los aspectos físicos más relevantes de la región a la que pertenecen los municipios, información concerniente a energéticos utilizados, costos comparativos del servicio actual y el proyectado y demanda esperada en los municipios objeto. Se opta en los cuatro municipios por el gas natural por gasoducto por contar con la estación de regulación ya que están incluidos en el plan nacional de Masificación del Gas Natural por parte del gobierno nacional. Las otras alternativas quedan para municipios vecinos no incluidos en el plan. El proyecto genera un mejoramiento en la infraestructura de servicios en los municipios, contribuyendo así al desarrollo y progreso sin generar efectos adversos en el área, si no que contribuye al bienestar de la comunidad y conservación del medio ambiente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document develops all the related one to the masification of the domiciliary gas in the municipalities: Barbosa, Bolivar, Chipata and Sucre located to the south of the department of Santander, as they are organizacional structure, permissions, licenses and authorizations, foundations and antecedents of the masificación of the gas, legal and economic alternatives of combustible gas provision and other environmental aspects technical.
