dc.description.abstractLos diferentes escenarios posibles para la mini-refinería de Orito-Putumayo, la cual se enmarca dentro de un entorno de posible cierre y/o sanciones por el no cumplimiento de las normativas medioambientales actuales, son presentados. La evaluación financiera de las condiciones actuales de operación y las diferentes mezclas de Gasolina con Aromáticos con el fin de obtener un producto ambientalmente aceptable, denotan una reducción en el margen operacional de aproximadamente 10%. La creciente demanda de combustibles en el departamento del Putumayo por las actividades petroleras y los posibles mercados alternos, como el regional y el sur del país, ubican la mini-refinería en un punto estratégico, para la comercialización de refinados, sin embargo las opciones de mayor viabilidad es cubrir la demanda interna y regional, debido a las mínimas inversiones. Para atender la demanda de ACPM, se hace necesario iniciar lo antes posible un proyecto para ampliar la capacidad actual de procesamiento de la mini-refinería de 2600 a 3200 barriles por día. Esta capacidad incremental se ha determinado teniendo en cuenta un mínimo impacto en las instalaciones existentes. (Inversión de 1.8 MUS$). El Proyecto de Capacidad de Procesamiento Incremental de la Refinería es atractivo. Tiene una rentabilidad del 34.1% y un tiempo de recuperación de capital de 2.4 años. Se puede realizar en aproximadamente 18 meses. Es posible la inversión privada bajo estos escenarios de rentabilidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe different possible scenarios for the mini-refinery of Orito-Putumayo, which is framed inside an environment of possible closing and/or sanctions by the current environmental non execution of the normative ones, is presented. The financial evaluation of the current conditions of operation and the different mixtures of Gasoline with Aromatic with the purpose of obtaining a product environmentally acceptable, they denote a reduction in the operational margin of approximately 10%. The growing demand of fuels in the department of the Putumayo for the oil activities and the possible alternating markets, as the regional one and the south of the country, they locate the mini-refinery in a strategic point, for the commercialization of refined, however the options of more viability are to cover the internal and regional demand, due to the minimum investments. To assist the demand of ACPM, it becomes necessary to begin a project as soon as possible to enlarge the current capacity of prosecution of the mini-refinery from 2600 to 3200 barrels per day. This incremental capacity has been determined keeping in mind a minimum impact in the existent facilities. (Investment of 1.8 MUS$). The Project of Capacity of Incremental Prosecution of the Refinery is attractive. It has a profitability of 34.1% and a time of recovery of 2.4 year-old capital. It can be carried out in approximately 18 months. It is possible the private investment lowers these scenarios of profitability.
