dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el cumplimiento sobre los derechos en la población en condición de desplazamiento, mediante el comportamiento del derecho a la vivienda en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga; Teniendo en cuenta que el desplazamiento forzado acelera la restructuración en la sociedad, estableciendo nuevos procesos sociales dentro de un contexto urbano y transformando las ciudades mediante la producción hacia nuevos espacios que reconfiguran el territorio. Para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos el estudio se iniciará con un análisis teórico que permita abordar con propiedad la justicia social. Por un lado, se tomará los aportes teóricos del economista Amartya Sen sobre calidad de vida bajo el criterio ficapacidades y libertadesfl, a la vez se tomaran algunos estudios en desarrollo integral de Manfred Max-Neef y la utilización de la necesidades humanas fundamentales para contribuir al mejoramiento en el bienestar y la calidad de vida. Para cumplir con el objetivo propuesto, se elaboró un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo, basado en los Derechos Fundamentales para Población Desplazada, caracterizado hacia el tema de vivienda. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran falencias en la atención para la población desplazada, los subsidios de vivienda no constituyen una solución efectiva para mejorar la calidad de vida en esta población, perturbando las oportunidades de empleo, salud, educación y alimentación que son vulnerados al no existir políticas que garanticen el acceso a una vivienda
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present research aims to analyze the fulfillment of the rights in the population living in displacement condition, through the behavior of the right to housing in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga; Considering that the forced displacement accelerates the restructuring in society, establishing new social processes within an urban context and transforming the cities through production into new spaces that reconfigure the territory. To achieve the objectives, the study will begin with a theoretical analysis that allows addressing properly the social justice. On the one hand, we take the theoretical contributions of the economist Amartya Sen on quality of life under the criterion "capabilities and freedoms", while some studies were taken of the integral development of Manfred Max-Neef and use of fundamental human needs for contribute to improving the welfare and quality of life. To accomplish this objective a quantitative and qualitative analysis was developed, based on Fundamental Rights for the Displaced Population, and characterized to the issue of housing. The results obtained show gaps in care for the displaced population, housing subsidies are not an effective solution to improve the quality of life in this population, disrupting employment opportunities, health, education and food which that are violated in the absence of policies that ensuring access to decent housing.
