dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo el diseño de un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa exportadora de café especial sostenible sin tostar originario del departamento del Tolima en Colombia hacía Reino Unido; la propuesta trata de una empresa que sea sostenible en el tiempo tanto en su modelo de negocio como en la sociedad y medioambiente, siguiendo los pilares de una Sociedad BIC y atendiendo a un creciente mercado de productos responsables de sus impactos respaldado por prácticas de comercio justo en pro del bienestar de los caficultores de la región. El contenido del presente documento es el desarrollo de los objetivos planteados para la elaboración del plan de negocios de la empresa propuesta, comenzando por un análisis del macro y microentorno tanto de Colombia como de Reino Unido, seguido de una investigación de mercados enfocada en las cooperativas de caficultores de la región como potenciales proveedores de la empresa y un análisis del mercado británico para entender la demanda potencial, además se incluye un plan de marketing que contiene las estrategias a implementar para el posicionamiento de la marca; adicionalmente se realiza un estudio técnico el cual abarca la simulación del proceso logístico de exportación teniendo en cuenta todos los requerimientos legales y no legales para dicha operación; por otra parte se presenta la estructura organizativa para la organización, así como el estudio legal realizado y la revisión de las prácticas BIC a implementar, finalmente se realiza el estudio de impactos sociales y ambientales, el análisis financiero que demuestra la viabilidad económica de la propuesta y el plan estratégico en el que se presenta el direccionamiento de la empresa a crear.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this degree project is the design of a business plan for the creation of an export company of sustainable unroasted specialty coffees from the department of Tolima in Colombia to the United Kingdom; it is expected that the proposed company will be sustainable in its business model, in society and with the environment, following the foundations of a BIC Society and attending a growing market of products responsible for their impacts supported by fair trade practices for the welfare of coffee growers in the region. The content of this document is the development of the objectives established for the elaboration of the business plan for the new company, starting with an analysis of the macro and micro environment of Colombia and the United Kingdom, followed by a market research focused on the cooperatives of coffee growers in the region as potential suppliers of the company and an analysis of the British market to know the potential demand, it also includes a marketing plan that contains the strategies to be implemented for the positioning of the brand; In addition, a technical study is carried out that includes the simulation of the export logistics process, taking into account all the legal and non-legal requirements for this operation; on the other hand, the organizational structure for the organization is presented, as well as the legal study carried out and the review of the BIC practices to be implemented; finally, the study of social and environmental impacts is presented, followed by the financial analysis that demonstrates the economic viability of the proposal and the strategic plan in which the direction of the company to be created is presented.
