dc.description.abstractEsta práctica social tuvo como principal objetivo apoyar la Corporación Crecer y Avanzar el área jurídica, en la modalidad de contratación con entidades territoriales y particulares, fomentando la promoción del desarrollo de programas sociales y a su vez la garantía de los derechos laborales. Para esto, se creó una guía de contratación con entidades públicas, fundada en el historial de contratación de la Corporación, las cuales reposaban en el archivo, junto a sus demás contratos, incluyendo los de trabajo y prestación de servicios. Ligado a lo anterior, se coadyuvó a la redacción de los contratos de orden laboral y civil, con el propósito de crear modelos para la Corporación generando uniformidad y orden. Posteriormente, se produjo el protocolo para las distintas acciones jurídico-laborales en cabeza de los contratados por la Corporación, donde se plasmaron las acciones más significativas que tiene el empleado para efectos de requerir a su empleador ya sea administrativa o judicialmente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe main objective of this social practice was to support the Crecer y Avanzar Corporation in the legal area, by contracting with local entities and individuals, fostering the promotion of the development of social programs and, therefore, the guarantee of labor rights. For this, a contracting guide was created along with public entities, based on the Corporation's contracting records, which were kept in the file, together with its other contracts, including those for work and service contacts. Besides, assistance was provided in drafting of labor and civil contracts, with the purpose of creating models for the Corporation, generating uniformity and order. Subsequently, the protocol for the different legal-labor actions in the head of those hired by the Corporation was designed, where the most significant actions that the employee has for the purpose of requiring his employer, either administratively or judicially, were set out.
