dc.description.abstractCotrasur, avanzando frente a las grandes empresas, ha estandarizado sus procesos para prestar oportuna y eficazmente servicios de Calidad a los generadores de Carga; preparándose para competir en los nuevos mercados buscando eliminar las debilidades organizacionales que presenta y anhelando ser una empresa más competitiva, a través de la Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2000.para contribuir al mejoramiento continuo de sus procesos. Es así como, mediante este proyecto se estandarizó e implementó la metodología necesaria para garantizar que el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad diseñado estuviera acorde con los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2000. Este Documento orienta al lector sobre la secuencia que se debe seguir durante el proceso de Diseño, Documentación e Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. El documento en su contenido presenta once capítulos: En los cinco primeros capítulos se muestra toda la información referente a la empresa y los servicios que presta; en los capítulos del seis al nueve contiene el desarrollo de la metodología y de cada una de las etapas del proyecto: Diagnostico, Diseño, Implementación, Evaluación. El trabajo concluye con los resultados de las auditorias y el estado de las no conformidades, la Evaluación del proyecto; las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishCotrasur, advancing in front of the big companies, it has standardized their processes to lend opportune and efficiently services of Quality to the generators of Load; getting ready to compete in the new markets looking for to eliminate the organizational weaknesses that it presents and yearning to be a more competitive company, through the Implementation of a System of Administration of the Quality based on the Norma ISO 9001:2000.para to contribute to the continuous improvement of their processes. It is as well as, by means of this project it was standardized and it implemented the necessary methodology to guarantee that the designed System of Administration of Quality was in agreement with the requirements of the norm ISO 9001:2000. This Document guides the reader on the sequence that should be continued during the process of Design, Documentation and Implementation of a System of Administration of Quality. The document in its content presents eleven chapters: In the first five chapters all the information is shown with respect to the company and the services that he/she lends; in the chapters of the six at the nine contains the development of the methodology and of each one of the stages of the project: I diagnose, I Design, Implementation, Evaluation. The work concludes with the results of the audits and the state of the non conformities, the Evaluation of the project; the Conclusions and Recommendations.
