dc.description.abstractLa comunicación sobre el cuidado de la salud ha venido tomando fuerza, se están desarrollando campañas en ámbitos educativos, laborales, sociales con insistencia en mejorar los hábitos alimenticios, promoviendo los atributos que poseen los productos naturales y frescos, así mismo evidenciando lo perjudicial que es para el organismo el consumo de productos artificiales. La idea de negocio consiste en poder brindar un producto diferencial e innovador en un espacio agradable y confortable, de preferencia un centro comercial por su confort y alto tráfico que permita dar conocer a todas las personas que lo visitan las cualidades y bondades de las infusiones combinadas con frutas, que, por sus componentes naturales, aportan al cuerpo beneficios para tener una vida más saludable. En los estudios realizados por medio de la encuesta, el 93% respondió que le gustaría consumir las infusiones combinadas con frutas; el estudio técnico permitió la identificación del mejor lugar y los recursos necesarios para ejecutar el proyecto con éxito; el estudio administrativo evidencia una estructura organizacional completa, bajo la normatividad vigente; el estudio financiero permitió conocer la inversión inicial y el capital de trabajo que se requiere; el análisis social y ambiental muestra un impacto favorable a la comunidad y medio ambiente, generando empleo y haciendo más eficiente los recursos naturales; los resultados de la evaluación financiera, arrojaron cifras positivas, representadas en una TIR de 24.15%, y VPN 44.056.910, la recuperación de la inversión se completará en el cuarto año, lo que evidencia un excelente rendimiento de la inversión y confirma la viabilidad del proyecto.

In the studies carried out through the survey, 93% answered that they would like to consume the infusions combined with fruits; The technical study allowed the identification of the best place and the necessary resources to execute the project successfully; the administrative study shows a complete organizational structure, under current regulations; the financial study allowed to know the initial investment and the working capital that is required; The social and environmental analysis shows a favorable impact on the community and the environment, generating employment and making natural resources more efficient; The results of the financial evaluation, yielded positive figures, represented in an TIR of 24.15% and VPN 44,056,910, the investment recovery will be completed in the fourth year, which shows an excellent return on investment and confirms the visibility of the draft.
