dc.description.abstractTenidos en cuenta por todo el personal relacionado con el laboratorio de alta tensión de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, al momento de realizar cualquier tipo de actividad ya sea académica, laboral o de mantenimiento. Se realiza una búsqueda bibliográfica de normativa concerniente a seguridad en laboratorios de alta tensión; en la cual se recopila información de normas internacionales y nacionales. Con esto, se efectúa un análisis de todos aquellos aspectos eléctricos contenidos en las normas que puedan ser de utilidad para la seguridad en el laboratorio; considerando siempre que estos estén contenidos en la reglamentación eléctrica nacional. Con la información recopilada, se hace diagnóstico relacionado con la seguridad y buenas prácticas en el trabajo a las instalaciones del laboratorio. Encontrando falencias en cuanto a sistemas de iluminación, puesta a tierra, primeros auxilios y procedimientos de emergencia. Con esta información y el historial de accidentes ocurridos en el laboratorio se haya el nivel de riesgo eléctrico del lugar. Por último, se muestran los procedimientos de seguridad a seguir en caso de realizarse cualquier actividad en el laboratorio o presentarse cualquier tipo de emergencia; así como también, la ruta de evacuación, el punto de encuentro, números de emergencia y personal capacitado en técnicas de rescate y primeros auxilios cercanos al lugar.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following work presents a series of safety protocols and recommendations, to be taken into account by all personnel related to the high voltage laboratory of the Industrial University of Santander, at the time of carrying out any type of activity whether academic, labor or of maintenance. A bibliographic search of regulations concerning safety in high voltage laboratories is carried out; in which information is collected from international and national standards. With this, an analysis is made of all those electrical aspects contained in the standards that may be useful for laboratory safety; always considering that these are contained in the national electrical regulation. With the information collected, a diagnosis related to safety and good practices at work at the laboratory facilities is made. Finding flaws in lighting systems, grounding, first aid and emergency procedures. With this information and the history of accidents that occurred in the laboratory, the level of electrical risk of the place has been achieved. Finally, the safety procedures to be followed in case of any activity in the laboratory or any type of emergency are shown; as well as the evacuation route, the meeting point, emergency numbers and personnel trained in rescue techniques and first aid near the site. *
