dc.description.abstractEste documento recoge los resultados del proceso de formulación del Plan de Desarrollo del Municipio de Pinchote para el cuatrienio 2008 Œ 2011, adelantado con la participación de actores sociales e institucionales, quienes aportaron de manera libre y democrática sus percepciones acerca del estado del territorio en que conviven y la forma como se podrían superar los principales problemas que los aquejan, mediante la utilización racional de los recursos humanos y naturales de nuestra región, aprovechando adecuadamente sus ventajas comparativas y su fortaleza cultural. La elaboración del Plan de desarrollo de Pinchote, permitió, conocer un verdadero diagnóstico de la situación social, el presente y el futuro de las finanzas del municipio, destacándose tres fuentes de financiación, los recursos de transferencia,(Sistema general de participación S.G.P.), el aumento en el recaudo de los ingresos propios (Impuesto predial, Industria y Comercio, etc.) y la cofinanciación por parte del departamento, la nación y demás entidades de orden público. El nombre del Plan de desarrollo es fiTodos Unidos por Pinchote, desarrolla y sustenta el contenido del programa de gobierno, guardando los lineamientos fiscales y políticos que son inherentes al municipio, para mejorar la calidad de vida de la población, a través del desarrollo de cinco ejes estratégicos que son: Institucional, Social, Económico, Ambiental y de Infraestructura.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document of describes the results of the development plan process for Pinchote Town for the term 2008 - 2011 which was formulated with the participation of social and institutional actors who provided their thoughts freely and democratically and concerning the state of territory where they live and the best way possible to overcome of the main factors that affect them by means of using rationally human and natural resources of our region, taking benefit adequately of its comparatives advantages and cultural strength. The elaboration of the Pinchote™s development plan let us know a true diagnostic of the social, situation, the present and the future of this town, being outstanding three fonts of financial funding: the transference resources (General participation System S.G.P), the increment in the collection of the own resources (Taxes, Industry and Commerce, etc.) and co-financiering and by the state, the nation and the other town™s authorities. The name of the development plan is fiEverybody together for Pinchote, it develops and defend the government™s program content and saves the fiscal and political issues of the town, for improving the life quality of the population through the development of five strategic axis that are: Institution, social,of environmental and infrastructure
