dc.description.abstractEste proyecto consiste en mejorar e implementar un plugin de REVIT, que empalma el diseño eléctrico en metodología BIM con el módulo de presupuestos del software TICON. Es importante mencionar que, este plugin por ahora solo ha sido utilizado en arquitectura. Actualmente, la empresa A.M.V SAS presenta limitantes en la creación de presupuestos, en razón a que se deben realizar medidas y análisis repetitivos que podrían llevar a un mal cálculo; asimismo, la mayoría de los datos deben ser digitados manualmente, lo cual aumenta la probabilidad que se cometa un error humano. Por lo anterior, se propone realizar el diseño eléctrico de la torre 2 del proyecto Saona, parametrizando los elementos del modelo en Revit con la codificación que implementa la plataforma TICON; de este modo, se cargará el presupuesto por medio del plugin y se comprobarán los datos con el departamento de presupuestos. Para adecuar el plugin a las necesidades específicas de la empresa, se realizarán diversas actualizaciones, las cuales serán probadas hasta llegar a los alcances esperados.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project consists of improving and implementing a REVIT plugin, which links the electrical design in BIM methodology with the TICON software budgeting module. It is important to mention that, so far, this plugin has only been used in architecture. Currently, the A.M.V company has limitations in the creation of budgets, because repetitive measurements and analyses must be performed, which could lead to a bad calculation; also, most of the data must be entered manually, which increases the likelihood of human error. Therefore, it is proposed to perform the electrical design of tower 2 of the Saona project, parameterizing the REVIT model elements with the coding implemented by the TICON platform; in this way, the budget will be loaded through the plugin and the data will be checked with the budget department. In order to adapt the plugin to the specific needs of the company, several updates will be made, which will be tested until reaching the expected scope.
