dc.description.abstract	La zarzamora es una planta silvestre, presente en los bosques altoandinos, producida de forma natural en los ecosistemas naturales de las regiones. Lo anterior representa un marco para la investigación sobre la especie, las diferentes formas de aprovechamiento por parte de los habitantes de estos bosques, al no ser una fruta comúnmente comercializable. El presente documento se realiza la observación de campo, para la identificación de las diferentes características físicas y sensoriales del fruto y la planta, y las etapas fenológicas de la zarzamora en sus dos variedades (Rubus ulmifolios – Rubus urticifolius), de igual manera se realiza la propuesta de la estrategia de mercado para la zarzamora como producto del bosque natural, como un negocio verde. Se logró la determinación de las características físicas y sensoriales del fruto y la planta de zarzamora; de igual forma se determinó las etapas fenológicas de las plantas de zarzamora; también se estructuró la propuesta como producto del bosque natural en los negocios verdes, donde se propone la organización de productores de productos del bosque natural en las regiones, para reforzar la comercialización de estos productos, y lograr un adecuado valor en el mercado de la zarzamora como producto natural. Se concluye que se debe realizar el fortalecimiento por medio de entidades a los habitantes de los bosques, en los procesos de aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales del bosque.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The blackberry is a wild plant, present in the high Andean forests, produced naturally in the natural ecosystems of the regions. The above represents a framework for research on the species, the different forms of use by the inhabitants of these forests, as it is not a commonly marketable fruit. The present document is carried out the field observation, for the identification of the different physical and sensory characteristics of the fruit and the plant, and the phenological stages of the blackberry in its two varieties (Rubus ulmifolios – Rubus urticifolius), in the same way the proposal of the market strategy for the blackberry as a product of the natural forest is made, as a green business. The determination of the physical and sensory characteristics of the blackberry fruit and plant was achieved; In the same way, the phenological stages of the blackberry plants were determined; The proposal was also structured as a product of the natural forest in the green businesses, where the organization of producers of natural forest products in the regions is proposed, to strengthen the commercialization of these products, and achieve an adequate value in the market of blackberry as a natural product. It is concluded that the strengthening of forest inhabitants through entities should be carried out in the processes of use of natural resources of the forest.
