dc.description.abstractCon la recopilación de datos para 40 años (1977-2016) y sobre 14 países de América Latina, se analiza el potencial detonado por parte de la IED en la expansión del PIB de cada país y en el de la región. Así mismo, bajo un análisis complementario, se dispone a contraluz la influencia causada en la dinámica evolutiva de variables tales como la transformación tecnológica, la variación en la productividad corporativa y laboral, la creación de nuevos y mejores mercados y el beneficio dispuesto sobre la capacidad adquisitiva del consumidor en materia de precios y calidad de productos y servicios. Se tendrá en cuenta los cambios que podrían causar el efecto de la inversión de los países extranjeros a los países locales, ya que no solo se generaran alteraciones macroeconómicas sino que también se generara cambios culturales. Se realizará el modelamiento de datos panel, con dos tipos de efectos, el efecto fijo y efecto aleatorio, en donde se harán también las pruebas correspondientes para analizar cuál será el modelo óptimo; se correrá con el software R. Por último, el estudio permite vislumbrar la funcionalidad cooperativa de variables como la inflación, balanza comercial y población dentro del proceso de captación y consolidación de inversiones extranjeras en países receptivos.
dc.description.abstractenglishWith the compilation of data for 40 years (1977-2016) and on 14 countries in Latin America, the potential triggered by FDI in the expansion of GDP in each country and in the region is analyzed. Likewise, under a complementary analysis, the influence caused on the evolutionary dynamics of variables such as technological transformation, the variation in corporate and labor productivity, the creation of new and better markets and the benefit provided on capacity is placed against the light. consumer purchasing power in terms of prices and quality of products and services. The changes that could cause the effect of investment from foreign countries to local countries will be taken into account, since not only will macroeconomic changes be generated but also cultural changes will be generated. The panel data modeling will be carried out, with two types of effects, the fixed effect and the random effect, where the corresponding tests will also be carried out to analyze which will be the optimal model; will run with R software. Finally, the study allows us to glimpse the cooperative functionality of variables such as inflation, trade balance and population within the process of attracting and consolidating foreign investments in host countries.
