dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo de investigación consta de tres partes. La primera consiste en analizar el concepto de justicia dentro del pensamiento de Hume en las obras Tratado de la naturaleza humana e Investigación sobre los principios de la moral. La segunda en seguir el mismo método pero con Rousseau en las obras Contrato Social y Discurso sobre el origen de la desigualdad entre los hombres. La tercera en establecer que las concepciones sobre la justicia, tanto la del escocés como la del ginebrino, poseen contextos distintos pero que, en realidad, son posturas que tienen similitudes pero que se distancian en el fundamento de la propiedad. Ya que, en ojos del escocés aquella siempre ha estado presente mientras que, para el ginebrino, radica en el problema del asunto. Debemos destacar que ambos autores fueron muy amigos al principio pero que, después de una estancia de Rousseau en casa de Hume, terminaron en acérrimos enemigos y que es probable que aquella amistad entre ambos influyera en las similitudes que se encontraran al analizar ambas teorías y que corresponden al desarrollo del presente texto. Sin embargo, debemos ver que ambas formas de pensamiento proviene del pensamiento de la época y que las diferencias radican en la forma de ver el mundo propio de cada cultura
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present paper of research consists of three parts. The first part is to analyze the concept of justice within the thought of Hume in the works of the Treaty's research on the principles of morality and human nature. The second part to follow the same method, but with Rousseau in the Social contract and speech works on the origin of inequality among men. The third part consists of establishing that the conceptions on the Scottish, as well as the Genovese justice have different contexts, but in reality, these positions have similarities and distance based on the property. While in the Scottish eyes that has always been present for the Genovese lies in the problem of the subject. We must emphasize that both authors were good friends at the beginning, but after the stay of Rousseau in Hume House, these became staunch enemies and probably that friendship influenced similarities to analyze both theories, which correspond to the development of this paper. However, we must see that both forms of thought come from the thought of the time and that the differences lie in the way of seeing the world proper to each
