dc.description.abstract	El presente documento detalla las actividades realizadas en la secretaría de planeación del municipio de Santa Rosa del Sur-Bolívar, con el objetivo de asistir los procesos de planeación y ejecución de proyectos realizados bajo la supervisión del municipio de Santa Rosa del Sur (Bolívar). Las principales actividades se enfocaron en la actualización de costos utilizados en la elaboración de presupuestos, la verificación de documentación técnica para la expedición de licencias urbanísticas y en la supervisión de componentes específicos de la ejecución de los proyectos avalados por el municipio, destacando la importancia de una adecuada planificación del alcance y costos para garantizar una buena ejecución en la obra, evitando retrasos y sobrecostos asociados a prórrogas de tiempo y actividades adicionales. Finalmente se establece la importancia en la formulación de proyectos con la verificación de licencias de construcción, donde se tomó la decisión de no aceptar carpetas cuando estas no tengan toda la información requerida, con el fin de evitar retrasos en el momento de la revisión y posterior construcción, ya que la ausencia de definición de estudios y diseños generan problemas en el alcance.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document details the activities carried out by the Support Engineer of the Planning Secretariat of the Municipality of Santa Rosa, Sur-Bolívar, with the objective of assisting the planning and execution processes of constructions projects carried out under the supervision of the Municipality. The main activities focused on updating costs used in the preparation of budgets, the verification of technical documentation for the issuance of urban planning licenses, and the supervision of specific components of the execution of projects endorsed by the municipality. The document highlights the importance of adequate scope and cost planning to ensure good execution of the works, avoiding delays and cost overruns associated with time extensions and additional activities. Finally, the document establishes the importance of verifying construction licenses in project formulation. The decision was made to not accept licenses files that do not have all the required information, in order to avoid delays during review and subsequent construction, since the lack of definition of studies and designs generates problems in the scope.
