dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se lleva a cabo con el fin de lograr el Diseño y Documentación del Programa de Auditoria para el Mejoramiento de la Calidad en la Atención en Salud (PAMEC) En el Servicio De Urgencias de la E.S.E. INSTITUTO DE SALUD DE BUCARAMANGA (ISABU) Bajo los lineamientos del TITULO IV DECRETO 1011 DE 2006, RESOLUCION 1043 DE 2006, ANEXOS TECNICOS 1 Y 2, RESOLUCION 1446 DE 2006, ANEXO TECNICO 1, GUIAS Y PAUTAS DE AUDITORIA (2007). Con el fin de garantizar y contribuir a la satisfacción de los requisitos de sus diferentes usuarios, mejorar, documentar y controlar sus procesos prioritarios, mejorar su posicionamiento y reconocimiento en el mercado. El desarrollo de este proyecto se llevara por etapas, contando con el apoyo de la gerencia, directivos, personal administrativo y asistencial que hace parte de la organización, de cuerdo con la normatividad vigente y en cumplimiento de los requisitos mínimos exigidos por parte del Ministerio de la Protección Social. Inicialmente se trabajara el diseño, formulación y documentación del PAMEC, seguidamente la autoevaluación y posteriormente la selección de procesos a mejorar y por último su caracterización y auditoría. El diseño, formulación, documentación , autoevaluación , selección de procesos prioritarios caracterización y auditoría, permitirá que la organización se desenvuelva en un ambiente de mejoramiento continuo, ya que se trabajara mediante la metodología del ciclo PHVA ( Planear, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar) lo cual garantiza que mediante unos adecuados niveles de operación de autocontrol, auditoria interna y auditoria externa y niveles de acción tales como acciones preventivas, de seguimiento y coyunturales, la empresa se oriente hacia una cultura de la calidad. ˘ˇˆ˙˝˛˚˜ ˜!˜"##$˜#˜˛˜"#˛%˜˜˛ &˝˜'ˆ#(#˜˙ &˜˜˜˚#˝#˜%˛˜ˆ#&˛˜ ##˝

INSTITUTE OF HEALTH DE BUCARAMANGA (ISABU) Under the limits of the I TITLE IV ORDINANCE 1011 OF 2006, RESOLUTION 1043 OF 2006, ANNEXES TECHNICAL 1 AND 2, RESOLUTION 1446 OF 2006, TECHNICAL ANNEX 1, you GUIDE AND RULES OF AUDIT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF THE ATTENTION IN HEALTH (2007). With the purpose of to guarantee and to contribute to the satisfaction of the requirements of their different users, to improve, to document and to control their high-priority processes, to improve their positioning and recognition in the market, this competitive advantage that allows him/her to establish mutually beneficial relationships with companies insurance companies and they offer taking advantage. The development of this project was taken by stages, having the support of the management, directive, as of the personnel of administrative and assistance support that makes part of the organization, with the purpose of achieving the Upgrade and redesign of the Program of Audit for the Improvement of the Quality in the Attention in Health. (PAMEC) according to the effective normative and to fulfill the requirements of the Ministry of the Social Protection. Initially one worked the design, formulation and documentation of PAMEC, subsequently the car evaluation and later on the selection of processes to improve and lastly their characterization and audit. The design, formulation, documentation, autoevalución and selection of high-priority processes will allow that the organization is unwrapped in an atmosphere of continuous improvement, since one worked by means of the methodology of the cycle PHVA (to Drift, to Make, to Verify and to Act) That which guarantees that by means of some appropriate levels of autocontrol operation, internal audit and external audit and such action levels as preventive actions, of pursuit and of the situation, the company is guided toward a culture of the quality.
