dc.description.abstractEl turismo ha tenido un vertiginoso avance en el uso de la tecnología informática y de telecomunicaciones, además la importancia de la geografía y la comprensión de que todos los fenómenos están relacionados espacialmente, están causando una expansión en el uso de la información geográfica digital y de los sistemas de información geográfica a escala mundial, por esta razón se realizó una georreferenciación que lleva a la web la realidad geográfica de los caminos de Lengerke en la ruta Barichara Guane utilizando entidades geográficas en el sistema de información geográfica ArcGIS y divulgándolo en la web para su acceso libre. Uno de los problemas que posee esta ruta es que no se tiene claro en detalle la información geográfica de las misma y menos aún su historia y trazados en la web, en un municipio como Barichara donde el turismo juega un papel importante estos caminos se convierten en una alternativa más y un recurso turístico importante para el desarrollo de la región, de esta manera la pregunta problema a solucionar es: ¿Existe una georreferenciación confiable de estos caminos en medios digitales para que sirvan de guía al turista? ¿Los caminos de Lengerke poseen información suficiente en la web para el turista que los desea recorrer y/o saber más de ellos? Con el surgimiento de estas preguntas se procede a darles solución en una serie de capítulos y sus respectivos procedimientos con la finalidad de solucionar el objetivo general.
