dc.description.abstractDescripción: El presente trabajo es una sistematización de la práctica académica desarrollada en la institución educativa Jorge Ardila Duarte de Bucaramanga en el año 2023, la cual tuvo como énfasis el diseño y ejecución de una ruta de talleres lúdico-pedagógicos, que permitieran reforzar los conocimientos y potenciar habilidades de autocuidado y la protección de los NNA, según lo identificado durante la fase diagnostica en relación con la prevención del abuso sexual. Fue aplicado en tres (3) grupos de séptimo de bachillerato, con una intervención aproximada de 35 estudiantes por grupo, es decir, en total 105 NNA participantes. La sistematización de experiencia se desarrollará a partir de intentar dar respuesta a la siguiente pregunta: ¿cómo las estrategias lúdico-pedagógicas enfocadas en el fortalecimiento de habilidades y capacidades en los NNA, pueden contribuir en el autocuidado y la prevención del abuso sexual infantil? Para dicho análisis, la experiencia de práctica identificó cuatro miradas de análisis; la primera, se enfoca desde el paradigma humanista, como eje articulador de las relaciones sociales, la segunda una mirada al sistema educativo, permitiendo identificar categorías claves en el desarrollo de la apuesta metodológica, la tercera, a partir de los actores involucrados y la última hace una reflexión sobre el rol del trabajador social, lo anterior, se desarrolla a partir de la implementación del método de grupo de Yolanda Contreras y el modelo de sistematización de Oscar Jara. Entre los resultados principales, se destaca la importancia de sensibilizar a estudiantes, docentes, padres y cuidadores sobre los factores de riesgo que se pueden encontrar los NNA en entornos educativos, así como lo que conlleva la participación activa o pasiva de todos los actores de la comunidad educativa. Probando que las intervenciones basadas en el humanismo con enfoque integral puedan ser de éxito.
dc.description.abstractenglishDescription: The present work is a systematization of the academic practice developed in the educational institution Jorge Ardila Duarte of Bucaramanga in the year 2023, which had as emphasis the design and execution of a route of ludic-pedagogical workshops, which allowed to reinforce the knowledge and enhance self-care skills and the protection of the NNA, as identified during the diagnostic phase in relation to the prevention of sexual abuse. It was applied in three (3) groups of seventh grade of high school, with an approximate intervention of 35 students per group, that is, a total of 105 participating children and adolescents. The systematization of the experience will be developed based on an attempt to answer the following question: how can play-pedagogical strategies focused on strengthening the skills and capacities of children and adolescents contribute to self-care and prevention of child sexual abuse? For this analysis, the practice experience identified four analytical perspectives; the first one is focused from the humanistic paradigm, as an articulating axis of social relations, the second one a look at the educational system, allowing to identify key categories in the development of the methodological approach, the third one, from the actors involved and the last one makes a reflection on the role of the social worker, the above, is developed from the implementation of the group method of Yolanda Contreras and the systematization model of Oscar Jara. Among the main results, the importance of raising awareness among students, teachers, parents and caregivers about the risk factors that children and adolescents may encounter in educational environments is highlighted, as well as what the active or passive participation of all the actors of the educational community entails. Proving that interventions based on humanism with an integral approach can be successful.
