dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este documento es proponer un modelo para la identificación y clasificación de riesgos presentes durante la etapa de construcción de proyectos del sector de Hidrocarburos. Se planteará un modelo con aplicación prospectiva tecnológica que brinde no sólo el análisis e identificación de riesgo de manera aislada sino que permita de manera didáctica, ágil y gráfica a los administradores, líderes de proyectos, ejecutores y planeadores, desarrollar las estrategias para mitigar los riesgos durante la fase de ejecución de un proyecto. Lo anterior a través de los registros de riesgos materializados y de la consulta de expertos, implementando el análisis de matrices de impacto cruzado que permita identificar el escenario tendencial de riesgo y el escenario apuesta empleando el software SMIC®. Este modelo permite analizar la ocurrencia de eventos independientes o que guardan relación entre sí, facilitando el desarrollo de la estrategia de control del escenario tendencial y del escenario apuesta. Actualmente los riesgos de analizan de forma independiente, pero es fácil notar que muchos riesgos están relacionados entre sí, por lo cual la materialización de un riesgo puede generar que otros riesgos se presenten en el proyecto de forma simultánea, generando lo que podríamos denominar escenarios de riesgos. Dichos escenarios estarían compuestos por los posibles riesgos de mayor impacto, y permitirían analizar el comportamiento que podrían tener riesgos relacionados entre
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this document is to propose a model for the identification and classification of risks during the stage of construction of projects of the Hydrocarbon sector. It will be consider a model with technological prospective application that offers not only to the analysis and risk identification of isolated way but it allows of didactic, agile and graphical way the administrators, leaders of projects, executors and gliders, to develop the strategies to mitigate the risks during the phase of execution of a project. Previous through the registries of materialized risks and the consultation of experts, implementing the analysis of cross impact matrices that allows to identify the tendential scene of risk and the scene bets using software SMIC®. This model allows to analyze the occurrence of independent events or that has relation to each other, facilitating the development of the strategy of control of the tendential scene and the scene it bets. At the moment the risks are analyzed of independent form, but it is easy to notice that many risks are related to each other, thus the materialization of a risk can generate that other risks appear in the project of simultaneous form, generating what we could denominate scenes of risks. These scenes would be made up of the possible risks of greater impact, and would allow to analyze the behavior that could have related risks to each other.
