dc.description.abstract	La propuesta que se presenta en este documento es una herramienta que permite realizar el proceso de separación de materiales para ser reciclados y darles mejor aprovechamiento, por lo cual se debe hacer una correcta separación de cada uno de ellos. En los hogares también es realizado el proceso de reciclaje por separación en la fuente que consiste en separar los desechos de distinto material en recipientes diferentes y lograr prolongar su vida útil en su destino final. En el año 2021 en el mes de septiembre la empresa Bello Renacer recuperó 14,41 toneladas de plástico entre las que se encuentran las botellas plásticas, estos empaques son fabricadas en distintos materiales la tapa como el sello de seguridad están fabricadas en polietileno de alta densidad (PEAD), la estructura del cuerpo en polietileno tereftalato (PET) y la etiqueta en polipropileno (PP) estos materiales difieren en el punto de fusión y para poder realizar un aprovechamiento adecuado de materiales se deben separar completamente y así evitar que las diferencias de los puntos de fusión en caso de intervenciones térmicas no afecten la efectividad del proceso. En la etapa de separación y retirado del sello de seguridad del cuello de la botella es donde el proceso tiene retrasos y dificultades. El sello brinda seguridad a la tapa para que no pueda abrirse siendo un problema que afecta el proceso de reciclaje en tiempo y trabajo. En el momento la tarea de separación se realiza de forma manual con utensilios como cuchillo o bisturí que se maneja de manera insegura para lograr retirar el sello. Por medio de la aplicación de la metodología del Design Thinking se propone diseñar y construir una herramienta que permita a los operarios realizar el corte y retirado del sello de seguridad de manera eficaz y eficiente sin ningún tipo de riesgo físico.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this document is a cutting tool that allows to do the process of separation of materials to be recycled and give them the best use. Therefore, it is necessary to do a correct separation of each material. At home is made a recycling process for source of separation which consist in separation of waste of each material in different places and achieve a long utility life of the material. During September of 2021, the company Bello Renacer recovered 14,41 tonnes of plastic. In this amount was found bottles of plastic with seal quality. Plastic bottles are made by high dense of polyethylene (PEAD), the structure of the plastic bottle is made by Mylar (PET) and the label of it is made by polypropylene (PP). These different materials have different melting points. Giving the appropriate use for each material of the bottle of plastic, it is necessary to separate the materials of the bottle of plastic to avoid that different melting points affect and thermal intervention of the process effectiveness of each material. An inconvenience to separate the seal quality from the neck of the bottle, and the label start at the first level of separation. The seal gives security of the lid to avoid the bottles get opened. These seals affect the time process of recycling. The work of cutting the seal quality off is being by hand with regular tools for example knife or scalpel which are not safe to use. Through the application of the “Design Thinking” methodology that is looking forward to design and construct an appropriate tool that allows to cut the seal quality off in a perfect, safe, and efficient way without hazards.
