dc.description.abstractDESCRIPCIÓN La propuesta para el desarrollo de una comercializadora de productos capilares, se basa en la prevalencia de problemas capilares en la población, por esto, se busca determinar la factibilidad de la creación de una empresa en la ciudad de Barranquilla, Atlántico. La cual se encargue de distribuir los productos para satisfacer las necesidades del mercado objetivo y minimizar el impacto ambiental mediante el uso de productos orgánicos. El proyecto propone ofrecer productos de alta calidad y precios competitivos, con el propósito de ayudar a mejorar la salud de los consumidores. La ubicación y tamaño del proyecto establecido, brindan buena expectativa de implementación, puesto que las alternativas elegidas se adecuan a la posibilidad de realización del proyecto. Para ello, se desarrolla en primer lugar un estudio de mercado por medio de una encuesta realizada a 151 personas, para identificar sus preferencias, población objetiva y canales de distribución. Complementariamente, se desarrolla el estudio técnico, definiendo la capacidad de prestación de servicios, así como el tamaño de las instalaciones y equipos requeridos. Esto incluye gastos en personal y marketing, al igual que la localización idónea de la empresa. El estudio organizacional realizado visibiliza la estructura y el funcionamiento de la organización; finalmente, teniendo en cuenta los anteriores análisis y resultados, se presenta el estudio financiero, el cual analiza la viabilidad financiera del proyecto, validando la generación de ganancias o utilidades. * Proyecto de Grado ** Universidad Industrial de Santander, Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia, Gestión Empresarial. dc.description.abstractenglishDescription: The proposal for the development of a hair products marketing company is based on the prevalence of hair problems in the population, therefore, it seeks to determine the feasibility of creating a company in the city of Barranquilla, Atlántico. This company will be responsible for distributing the products to satisfy the needs of the target market and minimize the environmental impact through the use of organic products. The project proposes to offer high quality products and competitive prices, with the purpose of helping to improve the health of consumers. The location and size of the established project provide good expectations of implementation, since the chosen alternatives are adapted to the possibility of carrying out the project. To do this, a market study is first developed through a survey of 151 people, to identify their preferences, target population and distribution channels. In addition, the technical study is developed, defining the capacity to provide services, as well as the size of the facilities and equipment required. This includes expenses on personnel and marketing, as well as the ideal location of the company.
