dc.description.abstractEsta investigación aborda, desde la perspectiva teórica y metodológica de la semiótica, la cuestión de si el concepto elasticidad juvenil como figura central de Viaje a pie influye en la forma de vida de sus lectores. Viaje a pie es el relato de un viaje por el occidente colombiano del escritor colombiano Fernando González Ochoa, en donde la intersubjetividad con el camino, los paisajes y las gentes motiva la reflexión e introspección en los viajeros. El objetivo de esta investigación es encontrar los valores que subyacen en la visión de mundo del relato, y cómo estos valores transforman la práctica de lectura de Viaje a pie. Esta investigación tiene en cuenta las revoluciones de la teoría y metodología de la semiótica discursiva que se han dado desde el legado de la Semántica estructural de Greimas, hasta la semiótica de la cultura y de las prácticas con Erick Landowski y Jacques Fontanille. La investigación inicia con la descripción de algunos elementos de la autoría de Viaje a pie, su naturaleza discursiva, y las formas de divulgación. En segundo lugar, se aborda el análisis semionarrativo, con el fin de encontrar los valores intrínsecos en la visión de mundo del relato. Y, en la tercera parte, se aborda a Viaje a pie como objeto significante inmerso en una práctica social. La presente investigación finaliza con algunas conclusiones y trabajos futuros.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research addresses, from the theoretical and methodological perspective of semiotics, the question of whether the concept of youthful elasticity as a central figure in Viaje a pie influences the way of life of its readers. Viaje a pie is the story of a journey through western Colombia written by the Colombian writer Fernando González Ochoa, where the intersubjectivity with the road, the landscapes, and the people, motivates reflection and introspection in the travelers. The objective of this research is to find the values that underlie the worldview of the story, and how these values transform the current reading practice of Viaje a pie. This research considers the revolutions in the theory and methodology of discursive semiotics that have taken place since the legacy of Greimas' Structural Semantics, to the semiotics of culture and practices with Erick Landowski and Jacques Fontanille. The research begins with the description of some elements of the authorship of Viaje a pie, its discursive nature, and the forms of dissemination. Secondly, the semionarrative analysis is approached, in order to find the intrinsic values in the worldview of the story. In the third part, Viaje a pie is pproached as a signifying object immersed in a social practice. The present research ends with some concluding remarks and future works.
