dc.description.abstractEn ocasiones al acceder a los servicios que brindan lugares como restaurantes, bancos, clínicas, parques turísticos, aeropuertos, entre otros, las personas se exponen a posturas de pie prolongadas mientras esperan a ser atendidos. Esto debido en parte, porque no existen productos en el mercado que permitan un apoyo isquiático para distribuir mejor la carga sobre el sistema músculo esquelético. Asimismo, las posibles soluciones como son los asientos no pueden ser transportados por el usuario, ya que la mayoría no son portátiles. La postura de pie prolongada genera afecciones físicas debido a la fatiga muscular ocasionada por la postura de pie prolongada. Por esto, se diseñó un artefacto de apoyo isquiático que propenda por una postura semisedente y de característica portable para utilizarse en cualquier contexto que requiera permanecer durante largos periodos de tiempo haciendo fila. Mediante la metodología de Desing Thinking, se trabajó en una primera instancia con la identificación de las condiciones y contextos actuales de la problemática, seguido por las etapas de análisis, creatividad y construcción del concepto. Finalmente, en la etapa de validación, evaluó el esfuerzo percibido por los usuarios al interactuar con el producto. Al finalizar, se evidenció que el artefacto de apoyo isquiático portable diseñado, obtuvo un resultado de aceptación alto, permitiendo facilitar la acción de plegado y desplegado, apoyo, comodidad y transporte. Mediante el CSAT de auto reporte se valida que un 50% de los participantes se sintió muy satisfecho y con el NPS se halló que más del 60% consideran que lo recomendarían a un amigo, familiar u otro adquirir el producto.
dc.description.abstractenglishSometimes when accessing the services provided by places such as restaurants, banks, clinics, tourist parks, airports, among others, people are exposed to prolonged standing postures while waiting to be seen. This is partly because there are no products on the market that allow ischial support to better distribute the load on the musculoskeletal system. Also, possible solutions such as seats can not be transported by the user, since most are not portable. Prolonged standing posture causes physical conditions due to muscle fatigue caused by prolonged standing posture. For this reason, an ischial support device was designed that tends to a semi-seated posture and a portable characteristic to be used in any context that requires standing in line for long periods of time. Through the methodology of Design Thinking, we worked in a first instance with the identification of the current conditions and contexts of the problem, followed by the stages of analysis, creativity and construction of the concept. Finally, in the validation stage, it evaluated the effort perceived by users when interacting with the product. At the end, it was evident that the portable ischial support device designed, obtained a high acceptance result, allowing to facilitate the action of folding and unfolding, support, comfort and transport. Through the self-report CSAT it is validated that 50% of the participants felt very satisfied and with the NPS it was found that more than 60% consider that they would recommend it to a friend, family member or another to acquire the product.
