dc.description.abstractEl presente documento contiene la elaboración de un plan de negocio, que busca analizar la viabilidad para la creación de la unidad de agenciamiento aduanero para el sector de alimentos en la Sucursal de Almagrario Bucaramanga. La metodología desarrollada inicia con el estudio del sector de alimentos y su intervención en el comercio exterior de Bucaramanga, posteriormente se presenta el estudio de mercados para determinar el nivel de aceptación que puede llegar a tener el servicio de agenciamiento aduanero y así determinar la proyección de la demanda. También incluye un estudio técnico para definir los requerimientos a nivel de infraestructura y recurso humano, para luego presentar la descripción del servicio y los procedimientos que lo componen. Así mismo se práctica un estudio financiero para conocer la rentabilidad del proyecto, se analizan el impacto ambiental y los aspectos legales, terminando con la exposición de las estrategias que deben concretarse para lograr el objetivo de crecimiento e integralidad del negocio en la organización. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document contains the development of a business plan, which seeks to analyze the feasibility of the creation of the customs agency unit for the food sector in Almagrario´s Bucaramanga Branch. The methodology begins with the study of the food industry and its relevance in the foreign trade sector of Bucaramanga. Then, we will present the results of the market research to determine the level of acceptance that the customs agency service may have in Bucaramanga and identify the potential demand to which this service would be provided. It also includes a technical study to define the requirements of infrastructure and human resources needed to provide the service. Afterwards, we will address the description of the service and procedures that compose it, including a financial study to determine the profitability of the project, analysis of the environmental impact and legal issues, finalizing with the presentation of strategies which must be realized to achieve the exit of this service for Almagrario. 3
