dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de este proyecto culmina con la introducción la cual nos muestra el desarrollo del análisis de la aplicación del método de beneficio natural al café castillo en la finca las mesitas del municipio del socorro como método de ahorro de energía, agua y disminución de la contaminación a cuencas hídricas y/o del medio ambiente y alternativa para obtener un café de calidad con características organolépticas diferentes como valor agregado. Dando una clara explicación de los conceptos básicos del proyecto, se llevarán a cabo temas de apoyo en avances técnicos y de conocimiento aportado por el autor para alcanzar cada objetivo específico, mostrando adicionalmente parte financiera resultando ser decisiva en la ejecución del proyecto, para lograr una dirección y realización efectiva teniendo en cuenta los factores pactados y las actividades durante el proceso. Por último, se realiza la parte analítica y sensorial verificando su viabilidad, haciendo veraces los resultados obtenidos, permitiendo el manejo de un beneficio amigable con el medio ambiente sin dejar atrás la participación y apoyo de cada uno de los integrantes de la unidad productiva obteniendo un café con excelentes características a la hora de consumir.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe work of this project culminates with the introduction which shows us the development of the analysis of the application of the method of natural benefit to the castle coffee in the farm Las Mesitas of the municipality of Socorro as a method of saving energy, water and pollution reduction. to water basins and/or the environment and an alternative to obtain quality coffee with well-defined organoleptic characteristics. Giving a clear explanation of the basic concepts of the project, support topics will be carried out in technical advances and knowledge contributed by the author to achieve each specific objective, additionally showing the financial part, turning out to be decisive in the execution of the project, to achieve a direction and effective execution taking into account the agreed factors and the activities during the process. Finally, the analytical and sensory part is carried out, verifying its viability, making the results obtained true, allowing the management of an environmentally friendly benefit without leaving behind the participation and support of each one of the members of the productive unit, obtaining a coffee with excellent characteristics when consuming
