dc.description.abstractLa incorporación de sustancias herbicidas de tipo biológico es una opción interesante de conocer y demostrar su eficacia en campo, igualmente en importante conocer sus efectos sobre las malezas tratadas para su incorporación al manejo integrado de malezas en cítricos. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una observación preliminar del uso de un bioherbicida a base de ácido Pelargonico para el control de malezas en un cultivo de Lima Acida Tahití (Citrus latifolia) en condiciones de campo. El cual se realizó en la Finca Villa Tatiana de la vereda Chocoa, en el km 17 de la vía Girón-Zapatoca, Santander, en cultivos de cítricos ya establecidos de 2 años de edad. El diseño aplicado es completamente al azar con la relación de un solo factor, el efecto tratamiento del bioherbicida en el rango de dosis de concentración de 65 cc/litro de mezcla y un testigo absoluto. Como resultados se aprecia el comportamiento de la eficacia del bioherbicida con relación al tiempo de control, muestra que presenta un rápido y buen control a partir del día 1, siendo de 87%, y aumenta su eficacia hasta el día 5 d.d.a. llegando al valor máximo de 95%; y a partir de este momento empieza a disminuir la eficacia llegando a ser de 72% en el día 15 d.d.a.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe incorporation of biological herbicides is an interesting option to know and demonstrate their efficacy in the field, and it is also important to know their effects on the treated weeds for their incorporation into integrated weed management in citrus. . The objective of this work is to make a preliminary observation of the use of a pelargonic acid-based bioherbicide for weed control in a Tahiti Sour Lime crop (Citrus latifolia) under field conditions. The study was carried out at the Villa Tatiana Farm in the Chocoa district, at km 17 of the Girón-Zapatoca road, Santander, in citrus crops already established at 2 years of age. The applied design is completely randomized with the relationship of a single factor, the treatment effect of the bioherbicide in the concentration dose range of 65 cc/liter of mixture and an absolute control. The results show the behavior of the efficacy of the bioherbicide in relation to the control time, showing a fast and good control from day 1, being 87%, and increasing its efficacy until day 5 a.d.d. reaching the maximum value of 95%; and from this moment on it begins to decrease the efficacy, reaching 72% on day 15 a.d.d.a.
