dc.description.abstractEl presente documento tiene como fin dar a conocer las actividades desarrolladas en el proyecto MONTECRISTO perteneciente a la empresa URBAMARES S.A.S. durante la etapa de práctica empresarial mediante el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería civil. La realización de la práctica tuvo como objetivo general brindar apoyo al seguimiento y control del presupuesto, obras e insumos del proyecto, este documento presenta las metodologías de las actividades de revisión de resultados de muestras y certificaciones que avalan la calidad de materiales, realización de entradas y salidas de insumos en el software de administración del proyecto (SINCO ERP) para mantener el presupuesto actualizado, realización de inventarios, solicitud de compras y verificación del correcto almacenamiento de material, y seguimiento y control de la calidad de las obras ejecutadas en el proyecto, mediante lo cual se permite identificar que la calidad de los materiales implementados en un proyecto influye en aspectos importantes que permiten la eficiencia en la ejecución de actividades relacionadas con el proyecto. Igualmente, en el proyecto MONTECRISTO se logró identificar la influencia del almacenar correctamente y disponer de las correctas cantidades de material dentro de un proyecto que cuenta con espacios limitados para poder efectuar actividades de obra aplicando adecuadamente las especificaciones técnicas y reduciendo retrasos en el proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this document is to present the activities developed in the MONTECRISTO project belonging to the company URBAMARES S.A.S. during the stage of business practice through the position of civil engineering assistant. The general objective of the internship was to provide support to the monitoring and control of the budget, works and inputs of the project, this document presents the methodologies of the activities of review of sample results and certifications that guarantee the quality of materials, make input and output of inputs in the project management software (SINCO ERP) to keep the budget updated, make inventory, purchase request and verification of the correct storage of material, and monitoring and control of the quality of the works executed in the project, This allows us to identify that the quality of the materials implemented in a project influences important aspects that allow efficiency in the execution of activities related to the project. Likewise, in the MONTECRISTO project we were able to identify the influence of storing correctly and having the correct quantities of material within a project that has limited space to conduct work activities by properly applying the technical specifications and reducing delays in the project.
