dc.description.abstract	El estudio aborda la necesidad de un plan de ecoturismo estructurado en la finca Agroecoturística y Forestal Buenavista, en El Retorno, Guaviare, el objetivo es promover la conservación de la biodiversidad, mejorar el conocimiento de la comunidad y generar beneficios económicos. El plan incluye una ruta de senderismo, estimación de la capacidad de carga y una guía de actividades recreativas, la investigación se enfoca en prácticas sostenibles para la conservación de la flora y fauna, se realizó un inventario para flora, medición de DAP (Diámetro a la altura del pecho), estimación de área basal, volumen comercial y total, el registro de fauna se hizo por observación directa y toma de fotografías y posteriormente se elaboró un catálogo de fauna, la guía fue pensada para que los turistas elijan cualquiera de las actividades para su recorrido y disfruten de una experiencia amena, el principal resultado es el diseño del plan de ecoturismo, teniendo en cuenta que este plan es una herramienta que facilita y promueve el turismo de naturaleza de manera sostenible, ofreciendo una alternativa económica para las comunidades, se espera que su implementación permita diversificar las fuentes de ingreso mediante actividades turísticas sostenibles, generando empleo directo e indirecto, mejorando la calidad de vida de los propietarios valorizando el patrimonio natural y cultural del predio y tenga un impacto reducido en el ecosistema, asegurando la protección de la vida silvestre y la conservación de flora.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The study addresses the need for a structured ecotourism plan in the Buenavista Agroecotourism and Forestry farm in El Retorno, Guaviare, the objective is to promote biodiversity conservation, improve community knowledge and generate economic benefits. The plan includes a hiking route, estimation of the carrying capacity and a guide of recreational activities, the research focuses on sustainable practices for the conservation of flora and fauna, an inventory was made for flora, measurement of DBH (Diameter at breast height), estimation of basal area, commercial and total volume, the registration of fauna was done by direct observation and taking photographs and then a catalog of fauna was prepared, the guide was designed for tourists to choose any of the activities for their tour and enjoy an enjoyable experience, The main result is the design of the ecotourism plan, taking into account that this plan is a tool that facilitates and promotes nature tourism in a sustainable manner, offering an economic alternative for the communities. Its implementation is expected to diversify the sources of income through sustainable tourism activities, generating direct and indirect employment, improving the quality of life of the owners, valuing the natural and cultural heritage of the property and having a reduced impact on the ecosystem, ensuring the protection of wildlife and the conservation of flora.
