dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio busca hacer una aproximación a la situación coyuntural del Sector Transporte de Carga en el Departamento de Santander de cara a los proyectos de infraestructura e inversión público privada que se encuentran en desarrollo, así como las principales problemáticas que los afecta en el ejercicio de sus actividades económicas en diferentes factores como conectividad e infraestructura vial, costos y tiempos de transporte, seguridad, entre otros, los cuales fueron validados con expertos mediante Método Delphi e instrumentos de validación con representantes del sector. Previamente a ello, se realiza una aproximación general a las teorías que dieron origen al desarrollo del Transporte de Carga, se abordan aspectos como los procesos de apertura económica
