dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto se propuso adelantar los procesos archivísticos necesarios para organizar la sección fotografías del subfondo documental Fundación para la Promoción de la Cultura y la Educación Popular (FUNPROCEP), pertenecientes al fondo AMOVI-UIS , archivo de derechos humanos que recibió el 29 de enero de 2021 medidas cautelares dictadas por la Sala de Reconocimiento de Verdad, de Responsabilidad y de Determinación de los Hechos y Conductas de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP), mediante el Auto CDG-012 de 2021. El proyecto se realizó tomando como referencia los procesos y procedimientos planteados en la Ley General de Archivos (Ley 594, 2000) y el ente rector de la archivística en el país, el Archivo General de la Nación (AGN). Posteriormente se buscó establecer relaciones y análisis de información entre personas implicadas con FUNPROCEP y el acervo documental, mediante el manejo de entrevistas semiestructuradas, para así aportar a la generación de memoria histórica. Las entrevistas y la documentación bibliográfica producida por la entidad ampliaron la información alojada en el acervo documental de AMOVI-UIS, ayudando a la gestión de documentos. El trabajo aporta fuentes de consulta para posteriores investigaciones en temáticas locales, regionales y nacionales relacionadas entre otros aspectos con derechos humanos, víctimas y conflicto, contribuyendo así a la comprensión de nuestro pasado reciente y la construcción de memoria histórica que haga que la sociedad sea más equitativa y justa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project proposed to advance the archival processes necessary to organize the photographic section of the documentary sub-fund Foundation for the Promotion of Culture and Popular Education (FUNPROCEP), belonging to the AMOVI-UIS fund, a human rights archive that was received on January 29 of 2021 precautionary measures issued by the Chamber of Recognition of Truth, Responsibility and Determination of Facts and Conduct of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP), through Auto CDG-012 of 2021. The project was carried out taking as reference the processes and procedures set out in the General Archives Law (Law 594, 2000) and the governing body of archiving in the country, the General Archive of the Nation (AGN). Subsequently, we sought to establish relationships and analyze information between people involved with FUNPROCEP and the documentary collection, through conducting and managing semi-structured interviews, in order to contribute to the generation of historical memory. The interviews and bibliographic documentation produced by the entity expanded the information housed in the AMOVI-UIS documentary collection, helping document management. The work provides sources of consultation for subsequent research on local, regional and national issues related, among other aspects, to human rights, victims and conflict, thus contributing to the understanding of our recent past and the construction of historical memory that makes society more equitable and fairer.
