dc.description.abstractLa finalidad del presente documento es presentar un registro de las actividades ejecutadas en la práctica desde la Secretaria de Infraestructura del municipio de Bucaramanga (Santander) durante el periodo de 4 meses comprendidos entre mayo y septiembre del año 2021. La práctica empresarial se desarrolló en labores de descripción del estado de la red vial del municipio especialmente del grupo 2 correspondiente a las comunas 5,6,7,12,13,14 y 15; de igual manera se realiza supervisión a la interventoría de la obra controlando el avance del proyecto según el cronograma por medio de los comités de obra e informes presentados a la entidad contratante, y apoyar en el seguimiento de pagos parciales, anticipos y demás trámites administrativos correspondientes. Dentro del aporte más impórtate que se hizo a la entidad como practicante fue la organización de la información en bases de datos para su manejo al igual que la creación de mapas digitales para compartir la información de los puntos críticos de la red vial del municipio con las empresas de servicios públicos y con la comunidad en general para que sean los últimos por medio de la participación ciudadana los que hagan veeduría de los proyectos. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this document is to present a record of the activities carried out in business practice in support of the supervision of the contract "maintenance and improvement of the urban road network of the municipality of Bucaramanga, Santander" of group 2 from the Secretary of Infrastructure of the municipality of Bucaramanga (Santander) during the period of 4 months between May and September of the year 2021. The business practice was developed in tasks of describing the state of the road network of the municipality especially group 2 corresponding to the communes 5,6,7,12,13,14 and 15; in the same way to supervise the audit of the work controlling the progress of the project according to the schedule through the work committees and reports submitted to the contracting entity, and support in the monitoring of partial payments, advances and other corresponding administrative procedures. Among the most important contribution that was made to the entity as a practitioner was the organization of information in databases for its management as well as the creation of digital maps to share information on the critical points of the road network of the municipality with public service companies and with the community in general so that the latter through citizen participation are the ones who oversee of the projects. 3
