dc.description.abstractCon la construcción de represa Hidrosogamoso inaugurada en el año 2014 se dio una transformación social, económica y ambiental en la Cuenca Baja del Río Sogamoso donde se vieron afectadas las comunidades mayormente dependientes de la pesca artesanal. A partir de esto, se ha incursionado en otras actividades económicas como la agricultura, ganadería, avicultura, porcicultura, turismo informal, entre otros. Sin embargo, a pesar de los esfuerzos de las comunidades no se ha logrado diversificar la economía de tal forma que aumente de manera significativa el bienestar en el territorio. Sumado a esto existen deficiencias en cuanto a la salud, educación, baja cobertura en servicios públicos básicos (agua, alcantarillado, energía, gas) y difícil acceso, pero es importante resaltar que la zona de estudio cuenta con un potencial natural aprovechable desde una perspectiva de sostenibilidad que representa un recurso para la implementación de una alternativa que genere una nueva fuente de ingresos. En ese sentido, esta investigación pretende analizar el potencial turístico comunitario y la participación de las Asociaciones de Pescadores organizadas para la sostenibilidad territorial de la cuenca baja del río Sogamoso y la ciénaga El Llanito
dc.description.abstractenglishWith the construction of the Hidrosogamoso dam inaugurated in 2014, a social, economic and environmental transformation took place in the Sogamoso River Lower Basin, where communities mostly dependent on artisanal fishing were affected. From this, it has ventured into other economic activities such as agriculture, livestock, poultry, swine, informal tourism, among others. However, despite the efforts of the communities, it has not been possible to diversify the economy in such a way as to significantly increase welfare in the territory. In addition, there are deficiencies in terms of health, education, low coverage in basic public services (water, sewerage, energy, gas) and difficult access, but it is important to highlight that the study area has a natural potential that can be exploited from a sustainability perspective that represents a resource for the implementation of an alternative that generates a new source of income.
