dc.description.abstractEl presente escrito sobre la práctica social en archivística que se desarrolló en la entidad de la Contraloría Municipal de Bucaramanga, evidencia el desarrollo de las actividades que se realizaron en esta entidad, siendo el objeto de trabajo la actualización de las Tablas de Retención Documental de las 16 oficinas productoras de unidades documentales. Esta práctica estuvo apoyada por las directrices del Acuerdo 004 del 2019, el cual dentro a reemplazar al Acuerdo 004 de 2013, este aborda la elaboración y actualización de las TRD. La práctica social se enfocó en la actualización de las TRD, con todos sus anexos que se exigen en este proceso y en la elaboración de una reflexión basada en la experiencia que se obtuvo en la realización de esta práctica como historiador y archivista, mostrando así los aportes inquietudes que esta dejó el proceso de la practica en la formación como historiador y archivista de la Universidad Industrial de Santander.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present writing on the social practice in archiving that was developed in the Bucaramanga Municipal Comptrollership entity, evidences the development of the activities that were carried out in this entity, the object of work being the updating of the Documentary Retention Tables of the 16 offices producing documentary units. This practice was supported by the guidelines of Agreement 004 of 2019, which, in order to replace Agreement 004 of 2013, addresses the development and updating of TRDs. The social practice focused on updating the TRD, with all its annexes that are required in this process and on the elaboration of a reflection based on the experience obtained in carrying out this practice as a historian and archivist, thus showing the It contributes concerns that the process of practice in training as a historian and archivist at the Industrial University of Santander has left.
