dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se presenta el informe de la práctica empresarial seguimiento y control de los proyectos de infraestructura llevados a cabo por la Secretaría de Planeación Municipal de Vélez, Santander, e incluye las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial para cumplir con el trabajo de grado y optar al título de Ingeniero Civil. Dentro de las principales actividades se cuentan las siguientes: I. seguimiento al proyecto “Sacúdete al Parque”, proyecto que se está desarrollando junto con el Ministerio del Interior, II. apoyo a la revisión de planos estructurales según el reglamento NSR-10, III. la realización de informes de derechos de petición de gestión de riesgo, a partir de información recolectada por profesionales de la Alcaldía, IV. llevar un control de las actividades para el licenciamiento de construcción y de urbanización, V. exponer los aportes realizados por el estudiante a la entidad, en relación con el control de las actividades realizadas por los profesionales y proponiendo acciones de mejoramiento. Las actividades fueron realizadas de manera virtual, utilizando los medios de comunicación necesarios para la manipulación e interpretación de información recolectada por los profesionales y auxiliares de la oficina, generando una mayor eficiencia de la oficina con el deber hacia la comunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis paper presents the report of business practice, monitoring and control of infrastructure projects carried out by the Municipal Planning Secretariat of Velez, Santander, and includes the activities carried out during the business practice to fulfill the degree work and opt for the title Civil Engineer. Among the main activities are the following: I. Follow-up to the "Shake yourself to the Park" project, a project that is being developed together with the Ministry of the Interior, II. support for the review of structural plans according to regulation NSR-10, III. the preparation of reports on risk management petition rights, based on information collected by professionals from the Mayor's Office, IV. carry out a control of the activities for the construction and urbanization licensing, V. expose the contributions made by the student to the entity, in relation to the control of the activities carried out by the professionals and proposing improvement actions. The activities were carried out virtually, using the necessary means of communication for the manipulation and interpretation of information collected by the professionals and assistants of the office, generating greater efficiency of the office with its duty to the community.
