dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad el alto índice de personas con discapacidad abarca un sin número de barreras sociales, impidiendo el normal desenvolvimiento de sus actividades; por ello este proyecto genera la posibilidad de la creación de un centro integral en las tres disciplinas que busca la rehabilitación y/o habilitación de las limitaciones y la prevención de las mismas. A través del Estudio de Mercados se comprobó que un gran porcentaje de la población acepta la apertura del centro integral, además analiza las necesidades de los clientes y usuarios por adquirir los servicios y muestra las debilidades y fortalezas de los centros integrales más reconocidos en el mercado. La investigación técnica realizada señala la maquinaria, la infraestructura y el equipo humano necesario para la excelente prestación del servicio, sin embargo se recomienda hacer una permanente actualización de ellos; El estudio administrativo y legal permite organizar la empresa bajo los parámetros de las entidades que la vigilan y la controlan como la Superintendencia de Salud, igualmente muestra la descripción de funciones y las especificaciones de cada uno de los cargos y la estructura salarial que la compone Así mismo en el estudio financiero se determino la proyección de la inversión requerida mostrando unos márgenes de utilidad en aumento año tras año, reflejando así confiabilidad a los socios y por ultimo los anexos que complementan esta tesis, corresponden a las leyes mas importantes que soportan este proyecto, junto con los formatos de encuestas y el diseño del portafolio de servicios.
dc.description.abstractenglishAt the present time the high indice of people with disability creates many social obstacles, preventing the normal development of this activities that is the reason for wich this Project generates the possibility of the creación of an integral center in the three disciplines that look for the rehabilitación and rating of the limitations and prevención of the same ones. Through Studio of markets it was possible to verify that a great percheen ge of the populación accepts the opening of the integral center, resides analyzes the necessities of the clients and users to acquire the services and shows to the weaknesses and strengths of the integral but reconized centres in the market. The made tecnica investigación indicates the machinery, the infrastructure and neccesary the human equipment for the excellent Benedit of services, nevertheless is recommended to make a permanente úpate of them; the administrative and legal Studio allows to organize the company under parameters of the organizations that match it and they control it like the health supervision, at the same time shows to the descripción of functions and specifications of each of the positions and salarial structure that composes it. In the financial studio it was determined the projection of the required investment swing margins of utility n increpase veri year, reflecting the trustworthiness to the partners and complete the annexes who complement this thesis, correspond to the import laws but that they support this prject, along with the formats of surveys and the design of portafolios of services.
