dc.description.abstractEsta investigación se realizó con el propósito de conocer la factibilidad para la creación de una Empresa Prestadora de Servicios Ecoturisticos en el Municipio de Vetas Santander. La idea del proyecto nace de observar el gran potencial paisajístico que posee el municipio de Vetas, su historia aurífera y recurso hídrico representado en sus más de veinte lagunas que los rodean y que hacen de este una oportunidad de negocio atractiva para los inversionistas. La metodología utilizada en el presente proyecto es la descriptiva y exploratoria en la cual se evidencia la veracidad de los datos obtenidos en el estudio de mercados, y se comprueba la existencia de una demanda insatisfecha y la posibilidad de penetrar al mercado con la propuesta del servicio, así mismo, se analiza la existencia de la competencia, como también se describe la tecnología a utilizar en el proceso de la prestación del servicio. Por ser una oferta de servicio que ofrece muchos beneficios al cliente se connota con buena aceptación en el mercado, por lo tanto produce buenos ingresos, y permite recuperar la inversión en el menor tiempo posible generando excelentes dividendos a los socios. Desde el punto de vista ambiental no hay ningún impacto, ya que su proceso de comercialización no emite ni genera contaminantes. También se contará con un recurso humano calificado para garantizar la calidad en todos los procesos, para el montaje y puesta en marcha del proyecto es necesaria una inversión de $ 72‟189.558 arrojando un VPN de $ 69‟519.238 y la TIR de 54% y una TIRM de 44%.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research was conducted in order to know the feasibility of creating a company providing ecotourism services in the municipality of Santander streaks. The idea of the project was to observe the great potential that has the scenic town of streaks, history gold and water resources represented in more than twenty lakes that surround and make this an attractive business opportunity for investors. The methodology used in this project in the descriptive and exploratory evidence on which the veracity of the data from market research, and checked the existence of unmet demand and the ability to penetrate the market with the proposed service, Also, we analyze the existence of competition, as also described the technology used in the process of providing the service. As a service offering that offers many benefits to the customer is connoted with good acceptance in the market, thus produces a good income, and can recover the investment in the shortest time possible to create rich dividends to the shareholders. From the environmental point of view there is no impact, as its marketing process emits no pollutants generated. Also have a skilled workforce to ensure quality in all processes for assembling and launching of the project requires an investment of $ 72‟189.558, giving a NPV of $ $ 69‟519.238 and ITR of 54% and MITR of 44%.
