dc.description.abstractArticulación entre el sector productivo y el educativo del departamento de Santander. La idea del presente trabajo es la obtención de un documento de fácil entendimiento para el lector, en el cual se logre dar un acercamiento al proceso de relacionamiento entre el sector productivo y el educativo del departamento; tomando como referencia teórica los trabajos realizados por Amartya Sen y Bengt-Ake LUNDVALL. En segunda instancia se seleccionan aquellos sectores con gran potencial para la economía santandereana, comparados a su vez con el desempeño de aquellos departamentos líderes, especialmente con quienes encabezan las tasas de participación del producto interno bruto (PIB). En tanto que se desarrolla un perfil educativo del departamento a partir del análisis dos factores con los cuales se mide el alcance de la educación, calidad y cobertura; con base en los principales indicadores disponibles en los entes gubernamentales. En tercera instancia se diseñan algunas conclusiones, resaltándose los alcances y falencias en materia coyuntural para el departamento de Santander, donde se concluye la importancia de este proceso de articulación para la proliferación de mejores niveles para la población departamental sustentados en el crecimiento económico que puede alcanzar el departamento, si UNIVERSIDAD-EMPRESA-ESTADO logran formular las políticas idóneas para el alcance de un bienestar común.
dc.description.abstractenglishArticulation among the productive and the educational sector in the department of Santander. The idea of the present work is the obtaining of an easy- understanding document for the reader, in which its achieved an approximation between the relating process among the productive sector and the department's educational sector; taking as theoretic reference the realized works by Amartya Sen and Bengt - Ake LUNDVALL. In second instance there are select those sectors with great potential for santander`s economy, compared with those performance leading departments's, specially those that head the participation rates of the gross internal product. While an educational profile of the department is developed starting from the analysis. Two factors with witch the educational reach, quality and coverage are measured, basing on the main indicators available in the governmental entities. In third instance some conclusions are designed, marking the reaches and fallacies in current matter for Santander's department, when it’s concluded the importance of this articulation process For the proliferation of better levels for the departments population sustained in the economic growth that the department can reach, if university, company and state achieve the formulation of the suitable policies to reach a common well being.
