dc.description.abstractLa interacción entre el Derecho y la Economía es un campo en que no se haya ahondado a nivel nacional. Así mismo, el contexto de desmovilización e integración en política del grupo insurgente FARC EP, por medio de mecanismo propios del Derecho, reclama el estudio de una multiplicidad de dimensiones de la vida nacional, entre las que se encuentra la económica. Con este trabajo el autor pretende hacer un estudio de la Constitución económica colombiana, con el objetivo de determinar a qué tipo de sistema económico se amolda, de acuerdo a las tres grandes categorías arquetípicas, es decir, sistema de libre mercado, sistema planificado centralizado y sistema social de mercado, para de esa forma poder determinar en qué forma interactúa este con el acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera. En el proceso se hace un estudio alrededor de las figuras del Estado, la Constitución y los Sistemas económicos, así como de varios conceptos asociados. Como conclusión, se obtiene que Colombia, identificada como Estado social de derecho, se constituye como una Economía Social de Mercado, la cual deja un amplio margen para la implementación de políticas económicas de diversas tendencias, y en que se ofrece un entorno favorable para la implementación del acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera.
dc.description.abstractenglishInteraction between law and economy is a field not jet deepened by national researchers. Also, the context of a demobilization and political integration of the insurgent group FARC EP, by the means of a law agreement with the government, demands the study of a multiplicity of dimensions of national life, including economy. Throughout this thesis, the author aims to study the Colombian economic constitution, with the target of establishing which type of economic system agrees with it, according with the three big typical categories, to be said, free market, planed centralized system, and social market economy, so that it would be possible to find the way it interacts with the final agreement for the termination of the conflict and the construction of a stable and durable peace. During this process, it makes a study of the figures of state, constitution and economic systems, as well as various associated concepts. As a conclusion, it is found that Colombia, as a welfare state, is constituted as a social market economy, which lefts a wide frame for the implementation of diverse economic politics, and offers a friendly environment for the implementation of the final agreement for the termination of the conflict and the construction of a stable and durable peace. *
