dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo busca establecer las convergencias y las discrepancias presentes en el pensamiento político de Percy Shelly y William Godwin, a partir del estudio de las obras políticas de ambos autores. En primera instancia, se realiza un recorrido por las tesis principales de William Godwin expuestas en su obra La investigación sobre la justicia social y política. En segunda instancia, se hace un análisis de las obras más relevantes del poeta inglés Percy Shelley, con el fin de exponer su cosmovisión sociopolítica; la obra en cuestión es Una declaración de derechos, en la cual surge parte de su postura política y social. De la misma manera, se estudiará parte de sus obras escritas hasta el año 1819, año fundamental en el estudio del pensamiento de Percy Shelley, dado que se hacen presente los declives y avances en esta facción de su pensamiento. Finalmente, en el tercer capítulo, se hace un análisis que permite identificar los matices diferenciadores entre ambos autores, y establecer hasta qué punto el pensamiento político de Percy Shelley se vio influenciado y delimitado por William Godwin
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work pretend to establish the convergences and discrepancies found in the political thought of Percy Shelly and William Godwin, based on the study of the political works of both authors. In the first instance, a tour of William Godwin's main theses presented in his work The Inquiry into Social and Political Justice. In the second instance, an analysis of the most relevant works of the English poet Percy Shelley, in order to expose his sociopolitical worldview; The work in question is A declaration of rights, in which part of his political and social position emerges. In the same way, part of his works written until 1819 will be studied, a fundamental year in the study of Percy Shelley's thought, because that exposes the gradients and advances in this faction of his thought. Finally, in the third chapter, an analysis is made to allow us to identify the differentiating nuances between both authors and establish to what extent Percy Shelley's political thought was influenced and delimited by William Godwin.
