dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se desarrolló con el objetivo de mejorar el proceso de abastecimiento de materiales que se utilizan en cualquier tipo de celda de las diferentes tecnologías: llamados , en la empresa Siemens S.A, buscando la nivelación de los inventario, la reducción de sus valores y la disminución de los constantes faltantes en las líneas, Además de implementar mejoras en la distribución de la planta, logrando así optimizar los procesos de picking y entrega de materiales a las células de producción. El documento se divide en nueve capítulos, en los dos primeros se presentan las características propias del proyecto, de la empresa y los fundamentos teóricos sobre los cuáles se basó el mismo; el tercero explica las tecnologías y su proceso productivo, conocimientos importantes para el desarrolló del proyecto; el cuarto muestra las observaciones o diagnóstico de cada proceso, lo que permitió el reconocimiento de la empresa y su posterior análisis; el quinto y sexto muestra las propuestas e implementación de las mejoras encaminadas a corregir los problemas que se identificaron en cada proceso estudiado; el séptimo busca evaluar los resultados obtenidos a partir de valores tomados antes y después de la ejecución del proyecto y finalmente los capítulos ocho y nueve muestran las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivamente para continuar con el procesos de mejora continua.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work was been developed with the aim to improve the provisióning process of materials that are used in any kind of switchboard of the differents technologies: called "Standard" in the enterprise Siemens S.A, looking forward the leveling of inventory, the reduction of the values and the diminutions of the constant missing parts in each line, in addition to implement improvements in the distribution of the plant, thus ensuring the optimize of the processes of picking and delivery of materials to the production cell. The document is divided into nine chapters, the first two presents the characteristics of the own project, the company and the theoretical foundation on which it relied; the third one explains the technologies and the production process, the important knowledge for the project development; the four one shows the observations or diagnosis of each process, which allowed the company recognition and it later analysis; the fifth and sixth chapters shows the proposals and the implementation of improvements designed to correct the identified problems in each studied process; the seventh chapter looks to evaluate the results as of values taken before and after of the project execution. Finally the chapters eight and nine show the conclusións and recommendations to carry on with the process of continuos improvement. Degree Project. Modality practice Business.
