dc.description.abstractEste estudio analiza el fenómeno del mototaxismo como servicio de transporte urbano mediante una revisión sistemática de literatura. Se examinaron aspectos clave como su estructura operativa, funcionamiento e impacto en zonas de difícil acceso. Con base en esta información, se propone un modelo de cooperativa para mototaxistas, teniendo en cuenta las características demográficas, económicas y sociales de los usuarios en la zona de estudio, así como las perspectivas de los conductores que prestan este servicio, mediante instrumentos de recopilación de opinión tales como encuestas y entrevistas. Tras un proceso de depuración y análisis de datos, se propone una cooperativa de transporte especializada en ahorro y crédito. El modelo proyecta su funcionamiento durante los primeros cinco años posteriores a su fundación, en función del número de socios y teniendo en cuenta la información recolectada respecto a los ingresos mensuales generados por los conductores. Teniendo en cuenta la situación actual que se presenta en la ciudad de Bucaramanga con el sistema de transporte masivo y las insurgencias de grupos de transporte, específicamente aquellos que usan la moto, esta propuesta busca ofrecer una alternativa organizativa que mejore las condiciones laborales de los mototaxistas, optimice la prestación del servicio y brinde oportunidades financieras a aquellos que tengan dificultades.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study analyzes the phenomenon of motorcycle taxis as an urban transport service through a systematic literature review. Key aspects such as its operational structure, functioning and impact in hard-to-reach areas were examined. Based on this information, a cooperative model for motorcycle taxi drivers is proposed, designed considering the demographic, economic and social characteristics of the users in the study area, as well as the perspectives of the drivers who provide this service, by using opinion gathering instruments such as surveys and interviews. After a process of data cleaning and analysis, a transport cooperative specialized in savings and credit is proposed. The model projects its operation during the first five years after its founding, based on the number of members and taking into account the information collected regarding the monthly income generated by the drivers. Keeping in mind the current situation in Bucaramanga with public transport and the insurgencies from different transport groups, specifically the ones that use motorcycle, this proposal seeks to offer an organizational alternative that improves the working conditions of motorcycle taxi drivers, optimizes service provision and offers financial opportunities for those who have difficulty for it.
