dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de grado estuvo encaminado a determinar la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de alimentos nutritivos a base de leguminosas y vegetales en el municipio de Río Viejo Bolívar, la cual quiere contribuir a que se incluyan estilos de vida saludable a través del consumo de una alimentación balanceada. Se aplicaron diferentes estudios que permitieron recopilar y analizar datos del mercado al que se quiere llegar y de esta manera conocer la demanda del producto que se comercializará, logrando conocer el comportamiento de los consumidores y satisfacer sus necesidades. Conocer los aspectos técnicos, los recursos necesarios en Talento Humano, Infraestructura, materia prima, localización y la distribución, fueron factores claves para determinar las capacidades del proyecto. Para continuar con la alineación del logro de las metas que se quieren alcanzar en la empresa, se definió la estructura organizacional, forma de constitución de la empresa, la cual será una Sociedad comercial de naturaleza jurídica en Comandita Simple, por tratarse para las autoras, una sociedad equitativa. Comprender la estructura financiera de la empresa Guerrero & CÍA S. en C. y el comportamiento de las variables que la componen, en los periodos proyectados, permiten determinar la viabilidad y la rentabilidad financiera de la producción y comercialización de Legumi Protein.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe degree work was aimed at determining the feasibility for the creation of a company that produces Nutritious Foods based on Legumes and Vegetables in the Municipality of Río Viejo Bolívar, which wants to contribute to the inclusion of healthy lifestyles through consumption of a balanced diet. Different studies were applied that allowed to collect and analyze data of the market to be reached and in this way to know the demand of the product to be marketed, getting to know the behavior of consumers and satisfy their needs. Knowing the technical aspects, the necessary resources in Human Talent, Infrastructure, raw material, location and distribution, were key factors in determining the capabilities of the project. To continue with the alignment of the achievement of the goals that are to be achieved in the company, the organizational structure was defined, the form of constitution of the company, which will be a commercial company of a legal nature in Comandita Simple, since it is for the authors, an equitable society.
