dc.description.abstractLas operaciones de cualquier almacén dentro de una cadena de suministro requieren actividades como planeación, gestión y control del almacenamiento, así como el envío y recepción de bienes. Estas actividades siguen procedimientos y estándares que permiten construir una trazabilidad efectiva del producto, reduciendo errores humanos. Para facilitar y optimizar estas operaciones, se desarrollaron los Sistemas de Gestión de Almacenes (WMS), como el de BlueYonder. Este tipo de software permite controlar de manera ordenada el ciclo de vida del producto en el almacén, desde su entrada hasta su salida, incluyendo procesos clave como recepción, almacenamiento, picking y despacho. El propósito del trabajo es documentar la planeación, creación e implementación de soluciones digitales en el WMS de BlueYonder para Netlogistik, adaptadas a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente. Estas soluciones incluyen tareas programadas (JOBs), reportes personalizados con datos procesables, envió de mensajes automáticos (EMS), interfaces para gestionar transacciones y comandos desarrollados en SQL y MOCA. Con estas adaptaciones, se busca mejorar la eficiencia operativa y aumentar la satisfacción del cliente desde la implementación del sistema.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe operations of any warehouse within a supply chain require activities such as planning, management and control of storage, as well as shipping and receiving of goods. These activities follow procedures and standards that allow building an effective traceability of the product, reducing human errors. To facilitate and optimize these operations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as BlueYonder's, have been developed. This type of software allows to control in an orderly manner the life cycle of the product in the warehouse, from its entry to its exit, including key processes such as receiving, storage, picking and dispatch. The purpose of the work is to document the planning, creation and implementation of digital solutions in the BlueYonder WMS for Netlogistik, tailored to the specific needs of each customer. These solutions include scheduled tasks (JOBs), customized reports with actionable data, automatic message sending (EMS), interfaces to manage transactions and commands developed in SQL and MOCA. With these adaptations, we seek to improve operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction from the implementation of the system.
