dc.description.abstractLa clasificación, ordenación y descripción de los archivos de las entidades públicas como de aquellas privadas que cumplen funciones públicas según la Ley General de Archivos es una prioridad administrativa ya que ‘‘los documentos institucionalizan las decisiones administrativas y los archivos constituyen una herramienta indispensable para la gestión administrativa, económica, política y cultural’’ de la Nación. No obstante, si bien la Ley General de Archivos tiene ya 22 años de existencia, sólo hasta hace unos 10 años atrás ha comenzado a ser una necesidad práctica poseer de manera organizada los diferentes tipos de archivo de una entidad o institución. En este sentido, la presente pasantía de investigación pretende realizar una ordenación, clasificación y organización de la serie ‘‘Nóminas’’ ubicada en el Archivo Central de la Alcaldía municipal de Bucaramanga.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe classification, organization and description of the archives of public entities as well as those private ones that fulfill public functions according to the General Law of Archives is an administrative priority since "the documents institutionalize the administrative decisions and the archives constitute an indispensable tool for the administrative, economic, political and cultural management'' of the Nation. However, although the General Archives Law has been in existence for 22 years, it only became a practical necessity until about 10 years ago to have the different types of archives of an entity or institution in an organized manner. In this sense, the present research internship aims to carry out an ordering, classification and organization of the series ''Nóminas'' located in the Central Archive of the Municipal Mayor's Office of Bucaramanga.
