dc.description.abstractAsí como la naturaleza está en permanente cambio, a la agricultura le debe corresponder un proceso semejante. Tal es el nivel de deterioro ambiental, económico y social al que conduce la agricultura convencional, que optar por una agricultura que preserve la naturaleza y el bienestar económico y social, es la única posición sensata. La agricultura en nuestro país debe cambiar porque si no se hace nuestros campos están predestinados al conflicto con el medio ambiente, pero aquí los factores definitivos para este cambio son el hombre y la mujer del campo, quienes juegan un papel regulador en los procesos naturales, de esta manera, cualquier manejo ambientalmente apropiado depende de una íntima comprensión de estos procesos. Es por lo anterior que esta propuesta busca capacitar al los agricultores de las veredas Carrizal, Clavellinas y San Isidro del municipio de Zapatoca para que se integren a los procesos naturales para proveer alimento sano y abundante sin afectar las bases naturales de la productividad. El trabajo de capacitación se realizó por medio de talleres teórico-prácticos donde se aprovecharon las potencialidades que ofrece el entorno, la rica experiencia tradicional y la creatividad y disponibilidad de los agricultores, donde el sentido de observación y la propia investigación se convirtieron en instrumentos permanentes de trabajo. Teniendo en cuenta que la mujer juega un papel importantísimo en el aspecto económico y social de la familia se vinculó en el aspecto agroindustrial capacitándola en la elaboración de embutidos, yogures y mermeladas. El trabajo se dividió en teoría y práctica. En cuanto a resultados se obtuvieron los siguientes: A nivel social mejoró la integración, económicamente se han aumentado los ingresos, culturalmente se ha iniciado un proceso de cambio respecto al uso de abonos orgánicos y finalmente todos trabajan con esmero en la conservación de recursos naturales.

Such it is the level of environmental, economic and social deterioration to which the conventional agriculture that to opt for an agriculture that preserves the nature and the economic and social well-being, is the sensible only position drives. The agriculture in our country should change because if one doesn't make our fields they are fated to the conflict with the environment, but here the definitive factors for this change are the man and the woman of the field who play a role regulator in the natural processes, this way, any handling environmentally appropriate it depends on an intimate understanding of these processes. It is for the above-mentioned that this proposal looks for to enable to the farmers of the sidewalks Carrizal, Clavellinas and San Isidro of the municipality of Zapatoca so that they are integrated to the natural processes to provide healthy and abundant food without affecting the natural bases of the productivity. The qualification work was carried out by means of theoretical-practical workshop where the potentialities that its offers the environment, the traditional rich experience and the creativity and the farmers' availability, took advantage where the observation sense and the own investigation transformed into permanent instruments of work. Keeping in mind that the woman plays an important role in the economic and social aspect of the family she was linked in the agroindustrial aspect enabling her in the elaboration of sausages, yogurts and marmalades. The results are following: Better the integration between the people of small village, economically have increased family entrance, in the cultural fields on have initiated a process of change in the agriculture technique. The farmers have begin to use organic controls for better the quality of their products.
