dc.description.abstractLa interacción entre los municipios que conforman el Área Metropolitana, en materia de transporte, día a día se ve afectada por el crecimiento poblacional e industrial que se da en el municipio de Bucaramanga, los habitantes y la industria se han ido expandiendo a zonas aledañas a la capital santandereana, contribuyendo a la multiplicidad de funciones en las vías metropolitanas, este proyecto de investigación presenta el estudio de pre-factibilidad, para una alternativa vial de conexión entre el sector Mutis y el Anillo Vial de Floridablanca, se analizaron distintas alternativas incluyendo la propuesta por el Plan Maestro de Movilidad del Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga. Mediante la evaluación de diferentes parámetros como estudio de la línea pendiente (línea de ceros), afectación predial y demás variables, finalmente se obtuvo dos opciones favorables para la conexión vial, las cuales están contenidas en el presente artículo y serán evaluadas junto con la propuesta inicial de la Troncal Norte-Sur tramo 2, bajo los parámetros establecidos por el Manual de Diseño Geométrico de Carreteras del Instituto Nacional de Vías (INVIAS). Se pretende analizar las tres alternativas para la conexión entre sector Mutis y el Anillo Vial, para contribuir a mitigar la congestión vehicular del área metropolitana, por último se presenta la opción más favorable para contribuir a disminuir la congestión vehicular del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe interaction between the municipalities that make up the Metropolitan Area in terms of transportation, day by day is affected by the population and industrial growth that occurs in the municipality of Bucaramanga, inhabitants and industry have been expanding to areas bordering The capital of Santander, contributing to the multiplicity of functions in the metropolitan areas, this research project presents the pre-feasibility study, for a connecting road link between the Mutis sector and the Floridablanca Ring Road, different alternatives were analyzed including Proposed by the Master Plan for Mobility of the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga. By means of the evaluation of different parameters such as study of the slope line (zero line), property damage and other variables, finally two favorable options were obtained for the road connection, which are contained in this article and will be evaluated together with the proposal Of the North-South section, under the parameters established by the Manual of Geometric Design of Highways of the National Highway Institute (INVIAS). It is intended to analyze the three alternatives for the connection between the Mutis sector and the Ring Road, in order to contribute to the mitigation of vehicular congestion in the metropolitan area. Finally, the most favorable option is presented to contribute to reduce vehicular congestion in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga.
