dc.description.abstractINTEGRACIÓN DE LOS SISTEMAS DE GESTIÓN DE LA EMPRESA SOCIAL fundamenta en la importancia de la implementación de los sistemas de gestión de una manera integral en este caso en una entidad prestadora de servicios en salud. Para su desarrollo se realizó el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la Entidad, visitando cada una de las áreas de la entidad, enfocando el trabajo en el sistema de gestión de la calidad, sistema ambiental, y el sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. El diagnostico se fundamentó para su ejecución en las normas internacionales ISO 9001, 14000 y 18000 y de igual manera la norma española UNE 66177 con lo cual se pudo determinar el estado en el cual se encuentra la entidad en cuanto a la implementación de los sistemas integrados de gestión. Una vez realizado el trabajo de recopilación de información mediante visitas de campo, aplicación de encuestas, seguimiento a procesos, se analizó la información y se pudo determinar las fortalezas, debilidades y oportunidades de la Institución y con dicha información se pudieron ofrecer recomendaciones y sugerencias que de ser implementadas por parte de la Empresa Social del Estado, brindaran herramientas propicias para el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores, mejoramiento en cada uno de los procesos recomendados y resultados satisfactorios que irán en beneficio de usuarios internos y externos e imagen de la Institución.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe monograph "DIAGNOSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE INTEGRATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OF THE REGIONAL HOSPITAL MANUELA BELTRÁN DEL SOCORRO", is based on the importance of the implementation of the management systems in a comprehensive manner; in this case: in a health service provider entity. For its development the diagnosis of the current situation of the Entity was made by visiting each one of the areas of the entity; focusing on the work of the quality of the management system; environmental system: and the safety and health system at work place. The diagnosis was based on its execution in the international standards ISO 9001,14001 and 18001 and likewise the Spanish standard UNE 66177, with which it was possible to determine the condition of the entity in terms of the implementation of integrated management systems. Once the work of the gathering of information was done through field visits, the application of surveys and follow-up on processes, the information was analyzed and the institution´s strengths, weaknesses and opportunities could be determined and with this information, recommendations and suggestions could be offered. If implemented by Social Enterprise of the State, they will provide appropriate tools for the worker´s performance; improvements in each of the recommended processes and satisfactory results that will benefit internal and external users and also the image of the Institution.
