dc.description.abstractEn la región de García Rovira, no se habían realizado identificaciones destinadas al mejoramiento genético de las especies presentes en la zona del género Eucalyptus, debido a esto la presente investigación se dio a la tarea de recorrer los diferentes municipios de la región, con la finalidad de encontrar y georreferenciar los individuos con mejores expresiones fenotípicas, identificándolos por medio de claves taxonómicas introducidas en el programa EUCLID Eucalypts of Australia, conformando así una base de datos con todas las especies y sus mejores individuos, generando así la posibilidad de mejorar genéticamente la especie por medio del cruce de las especies en laboratorio o en campo, con la finalidad de aumentar la producción de los recursos forestales que se pueden llegar a producir, para fomentar la actividad forestal en la región. Por medio de la presente investigación, se logró determinar que la especie Eucalyptus cf saligna, fue la de mayor desarrollo en la etapa de crecimiento, pero la especie de mayor porcentaje de germinación fue el Eucalyptus sp. de disco plano , generando la posibilidad en futuras investigaciones de unir estas dos especies genéticamente y generar individuos con buena germinación pero rápido crecimiento y desarrollo en campo, siendo un claro ejemplo de las amplias posibilidades genéticas que se pueden dar por medio de la identificación y georreferenciación de los individuos de las especies de un género. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the García Rovira region, no identifications had been made aimed at the genetic improvement of the species present in the area of the genus Eucalyptus, due to this the present investigation was given the task of touring the different municipalities of the region, with the purpose of finding and georeferencing the individuals with the best phenotypic expressions, identifying them by means of taxonomic keys introduced in the EUCLID Eucalyptus of Australia program, thus forming a database with all the species and their best individuals, thus generating the possibility of genetically improving the species through the crossing of species in the laboratory or in the field, in order to increase the production of forest resources that can be produced, to promote forestry in the region. Through the present investigation, it was possible to determine that the Eucalyptus cf saligna species was the one with the highest development in the growth stage, but the species with the highest germination percentage was Eucalyptus sp. flat disc, generating the possibility in future research to unite these two species genetically and generate individuals with good germination but rapid growth and development in the field, being a clear example of the wide genetic possibilities that can be given through identification and georeferencing of the individuals of the species of a genus. 3
