dc.description.abstractPara la Fundación Sanar contar con instalaciones modernas, espacios confortables y una buena infraestructura es fundamental para que los profesionales y encargados puedan prestar un servicio de salud de calidad y contribuir eficientemente al bienestar y comodidad para los diferentes tratamientos médicos. Es por ello, que el aporte de la ingeniería civil genera un impacto significativo en la experiencia del paciente y en el bienestar del profesional. Este documento presenta las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial con la empresa Grupo Proingco S.A.S. como residente de obra en el proyecto Obra nueva-Demolición Fundación Sanar, realizando actividades de supervisión, control, cálculo y gestión de materiales, programación de actividades, verificación de planos, especificaciones técnicas, elaboración de informes, actas de balance de obra y control de personal; donde se abordó el proyecto desde la fase inicial de demolición de vivienda antigua, posteriormente construcción de cimientos, estructura, sistemas de servicios y acabados. Fue fundamental el apoyo del tutor de la práctica, contratistas y maestros de obra para afianzar los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera profesional y adquirir nuevas habilidades para la solución de problemas, con el fin de asegurar la correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de calidad de cada de fase de construcción a ejecutar y garantizar el éxito del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishFor the Sanar Foundation, having modern facilities, comfortable spaces, and good infrastructure is essential so that professionals and managers can provide quality health service and efficiently contribute to well-being and comfort for the different medical treatments. That is why the contribution of civil engineering significantly impacts the patient's experience and the well-being of the professional. This document presents the activities carried out during the business practice with the company Grupo Proingco S.A.S as a construction resident in the Fundación Sanar New Work-Demolition project, carrying out activities of supervision, control, calculation and materials management, programming of activities, verification of plans, technical specifications, preparation of reports, work balance sheets and personnel control; where the project was approached from the initial phase of demolition of old housing, and then construction of foundations, structure, service systems and finishes. The support of the internship tutor, contractors, and supervisors was essential to consolidate the knowledge acquired during the professional studies and acquire new problem-solving skills to ensure the correct execution and quality compliance of each construction phase and guarantee the project's success.
