dc.description.abstractLa Comunidad Académica NETCELL UIS, nació como respuesta a la necesidad de aprender más acerca de las tecnologías Microsoft, como Microsoft .NET, y a la falta de espacios para el estudio e investigación de estas tecnologías que son tan demandadas en el mercado laboral de hoy en día. Con el nacimiento de la Comunidad NETCELL UIS, se hace necesario el desarrollo de un Portal Web que permitiera Administrar y gestionar todas las actividades que se realizaban dentro y fuera de la Comunidad con el fin de mantener esos espacios de estudio e investigación y así mismo ser mediadores para el desarrollo de futuros proyectos relacionados con estas tecnologías. Con el desarrollo del Portal se hace factible el uso de un sistema administrador de contenidos (Content Management System, CMS) el cual permite administrar el portal de una forma rápida y segura, dando la posibilidad de usar otras tecnologías y a su vez estar a la vanguardia de estas. La implementación del portal de La Comunidad Académica NETCELL UIS está basada en el uso de tecnologías Microsoft como ASP.NET 2.0, ASP.NET AJAX y XALM, y en el uso de un sistema administrador de contenidos (CMS) de distribución libre llamado My Web Page Stater Kit
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Academic Community NETCELL UIS was born as an answer to the need of learn for the study and investigation of these technologies which are highly demanded in the professional market of nowadays. With the born of the Community NETCELL UIS, it makes necessary the development of a Web Portal which permits the Administration and Management of all the activities realized inside and outside of the Community in order to maintain those spaces of study and investigation and at the same time mediators of future developments in related projects using those technologies. With the development of the Portal makes useful the integration of a Content Management System (CMS) which allow managing the portal in a fast and safe way, making possible to use another technologies and at the same time to stay at the vanguard. use of technologies such as ASP.NET 2.0, ASP NET AJAX y XALM and in the use of a Content Management System (CMS) of free distribution called My Web Page Starter Kit
