dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo analiza si se vulnera el derecho a una efectiva reparación del militar, víctima del conflicto armado con las medidas contempladas por el régimen especial, a partir de una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 10 conscriptos en el municipio de Bucaramanga. Así mismo, se estudia el derecho a la reparación de las víctimas en el marco del conflicto armado con especial énfasis en los militares, el derecho a la igualdad en la reparación de militares víctimas y los escenarios y/o condiciones de reparación al grupo de conscriptos víctimas del conflicto armado en el Municipio de Bucaramanga. Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que, en el conflicto armado existen diversas asimetrías que deben observarse, estudiarse y analizarse. Una de ellas es la existente entre las víctimas de dicho conflicto de carácter civil y aquellas, rara vez reconocidas, como son las víctimas militares. Frecuentemente se ha visto a la Fuerza Pública y los Cuerpos de Sejuzgando su actuación de manera enfática en las posibles causas de sus conductas, dejando de un lado su misión de defensa y protección contemplada en la Constitución y que por ejemplo en el caso de los conscriptos es de obligatorio cumplimiento. Por último, acude a los parámetros de la investigación cualitativa, el paradigma estructuralista-hermenéutico y las técnicas de análisis de contenido y encuesta semiestructurada.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work analyzes if the right to an effective reparation of the military, victim of the armed conflict with the measures contemplated by the special regime, is violated from a non-probabilistic sample for convenience of 10 conscripts in the municipality of Bucaramanga. Likewise, the right to reparation of victims in the context of the armed conflict is studied, with special emphasis on the military, the right to equality in the reparation of military victims and the scenarios and / or reparation conditions for the group of conscripts. victims of the armed conflict in the Municipality of Bucaramanga. The foregoing, taking into account that in the armed conflict there are various asymmetries that must be observed, studied and analyzed. One of them is that between the victims of this civil conflict and those, rarely recognized, such as military victims. The Public Force and Security Forces have often been seen as "victimizers", and judging their actions emphatically in the possible causes of their behavior, leaving aside their mission of defense and protection contemplated in the Constitution and that example in the case of conscripts is mandatory compliance. Finally, it goes to the parameters of qualitative research, the structuralist-hermeneutical paradigm and the techniques of content analysis and semi-structured survey.
